Have a Lovely Day

What is it we want?  to have a lovely day, somehow, we most likely get around to this thought, conscious or not, we attempt to soften the blows while accentuating the pats on our backs, self made or by another.  How do we proceed?  Cautiously, with Practice, with accumulating a skill set of qualities and characteristics that make us more valuable to our Selves and those around us whom we serve, knowingly or unwittingly.

We are the family of humankind, Homo sapiens, so all that energy being created, transformed, shared, ignored, and considered....   from what context do we do this?  Isn't it better to have an increasing perspective.  there are some insights here, some qualities discussed, one's physical foundation investigated.  All become important in a quest for more and better understanding of one Self, which of course extrapolates to all you know, and more.  Being Open, allowing one Self to be questioned, accepting suggestions or answers we find distasteful, but which might help us view our Selves and our World and our Universe with widening perspectives, often called wisdom and maturity.

If you want, we can consider our Selves like a light, a filament of energy inside a physical structure, someone has got to turn it on...  this is the role of creation, this is the role of evolution, this has gotten us this far, today.  Take the helm of your ship of life and learn to steer better and better thru Practice.  It's easy and common sense.  Isn't that what we want, something to believe in we can grasp, that we can use our own experiences to validate?

There are 86,400 moments in each day.  I challenge you to be aware of whom you are (a billion year old be-ing of evolution) for at least just one moment finding a sense of awe and humility there in...
