Congratulations, this is the 100th. published podcast.  It's a basic reminder of what we are doing and why.  It's around 14 minutes and reviews our basic principles explaining why we do what we do in meditation and mindfulness.  I hope you enjoy it.  If you have comments or questions they are welcome and I will respond.

Initially, I set this as my first goal and having accomplished this I'm evaluating how I can begin doing some video work in conjunction with this mission.  A weekly video is what I'm contemplating as my next major goal with a website to support and further our Practice.

The importance of meditation and mindfulness only grows more important with "seemingly" each day's events.  We live in tumultuous times and need our "presence" of mind and perspective of our Selves, our World, and our place in Creation.  For those unfamiliar with meditation and mindfulness, they are very similar to prayer, mantras, self affirmations, and other positive seeking callings, try it and change your Life with positive energy.
