this is an interesting perspective on the art of self improvement

one need take what's said and in your own heart distill the essence of what's be-ing discussed,

hint:  practicing once a day for 5, 10, 15, or 60 minutes is valuable as a "visit,"

practicing in little batches of a few moments all day long is traveling, "flowing" in grace and harmony.

Doing both,   spectacular,   for you will be finding with just these littlest of sensory reminders, your precious Nature rising  working toward this goal of a  thousand fresh beginnings everyday

your World literally....      changing  before your increasing awareness and sensitivity

Important!  Be-ing kind and patient are virtues one need carry on your ship of Life.  They are like life preservers, that important!  Because I say a thousand, despair not if it is less, keep up your Practice examining when you have your greatest success.  It will teach you if you are willing to put in the effort to learn the truth.  A hundred times a day is good, too.  Once or twice won't get you very far and 15 minutes won't either unless you carry your widened perspective thru your day.  Every once in a while, (?) how often do you want to remember God is waiting for you to arrive and that he/she wants to get the celebration started that never ends
