Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Words begin, Actions solidify one's Be-ing
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
It is not in what one says,
it is in what one does which has more value.
How many times have you heard this phrase or something close to it (?)
another example, Action speaks louder than words...
What does one fill their day with (?)
Hopefully, self nourishing activities.
we offer help. It is in YOUR PRACTICE where your results are found.
In the depth of one's studies, one's contemplation, virtues are acquired; seeds are planted; one's heart and Soul are nurtured. It is this Way. Here lies success.
Life changes in our every moment of every day, and if "you" think with positivity, at first, it will be a reflection, with continuity it will become your Way, as surely as night follows day.
What are we doing (?) Creating new habits, simple. Using our own physical sensitivity, common!
Our Goal, finding awe, while feeling one's Self aglow
Our mission, helping others and self to grow

I see all good people. Good morning. Good to be here. Good to be alive and to have a mind to think. Be able to understand and feel things. Be sensitive to things. As you and I are already making this opportunity to practice being more sensitive, being more aware. Someone brought to my attention yesterday, some or maybe even all of the things I say are not uniquely mine. Always to be understood. We are very similar. Homo sapiens. We take advantage of our perspective and proceed to think about, to meditate over our long and illustrious path through evolution. As a consequence of this, we are very similar. Our ancestors have winnowed our beings into the shape and form and way we think we find today. So it is logical we would be thinking of the same kinds of subjects, matters, as perhaps those of a hundred years ago or a thousand years ago or more. And further, what are the multiplicity of messages suggestive of? We need to be reminded all the time of our individual greatness, our energy, our long genealogical history, evolution, which oftentimes are ignored. We need to practice, as you and I are doing, as a means, as a suggestion to oneself, to be more aware. To rise. Find a deeper and greater sensitivity to what's occurring inside and out. One's own physical being. What can we feel? What is our energy thinking? What kind of energy is being shared with us? Are we receiving? And what kind of energy are we disseminating past our skin, into the air, into the atmosphere, into all that is around us, because the energy is going, regardless. Yet we have choices to make positive, negative, indifferent. Ignoring is indifferent. Being here now in our moments together, in one's eternal moment, one has every day eighty-six thousand four hundred moments, there is an opportunity. What we're suggesting is to take advantage of as many of them individually as possible. A more broad perspective. One can share with one's own being, one's own mind, one's two cerebrums and one cerebellum and one brainstem. You have four different brains. You can talk to each other. They talk to each other in maybe not verbalized like we're doing, but in their own way. You have two eyes. The eyes are going to the different cerebrums, and there is a relationship of focusing between them. This is communication. When two images overlap a hundred percent. We take for granted our sight. And yet, it is better and best if we can focus on how lucky we are in every way we can imagine how much better to be full of humility rather than egotism. How much better than taking something for granted to be thankful, to be full of gratitude, and these virtues, because they are virtues, humility and gratitude, they are a foundation for AWE, "Awe breathing," with the sound of awe on one's exhale. As one exhales long and slow, verbalize or beneath the threshold of sound. Feel an energized exhalation coming from your chest, from your lungs, from your heart, from your bones, your rib cage, up into and through your throat, your neck, and into one's mouth, tongue, lips, nose, and nostrils. Allowing this energy to flow. Oh relaxing, becoming more calm, peaceful, at ease. And remember, we're talking about not only breathing with awe or om or ah or anything, but with depth, with the realization one is vibrating throughout this exhalation, and one's whole body is responding simultaneously, thinking there's so much going on, and again coming back to this word of awe, remembering its definition is a sense of reverence and astonishment, being this way, being amazed by what we are representing, have the potential to become, and reverent that somehow, some way, we are here thinking about these things for another minute, linger with the music. We are here now, bundles of miracles, humbled before the immensity of creation, and thankful for having a part of the city.
