Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Try it, you'll like it.......
what I mean is to try knowing "one Self" better,
you, yes, you are extraordinary if you only take a minute to find
your way back to "one Self."
don't get caught up with timing, the amount one has never changes,
spending one's moments of awareness in
higher pursuits is better, common sense
drop what you are doing, and say hello to your Soul

Umbaya. Good morning. How lucky we are to be alive, to just have a moment's awareness of heightening of sensitivities. Do you know your own name, for instance? It's valuable to ponder. And what does it mean? Your name, one's name, my name, your name, a name. It is a label, it is a symbol. And it is always changing. It's good to be authentic with oneself and realize the nature of our universe is constantly swirling as the moments fade, arrive, and are being accomplished. And it happens rapidly, all in the span of a second, a moment. The ability of our minds to process so much information that is occurring simultaneously is amazing. And is the basics of our computers and now our artificial intelligence. It is to be seen and understood. Utilize artificial intelligence, as we're calling it, as a tool. It is certainly a responsibility about which we need to be mature. It is the time of awakening. It is the arrival of the Aquarian age. Not today or yesterday, but five to twenty thousand years ago, when recorded history and remnants of previous civilizations are available for us to study. And of course, with scientific accomplishments, today we can study millions of years of history, even in our oil, of course, in our mountains, following the contours of our earth, our environment, our oceans. We can even study the stars, incredible things. As are each of us is the point We are making. We are the bundles of miracles. We are family who have made these things. No matter where you are, how tall or short or wide or narrow, we are the family of mankind. Homo sapiens. We are family, cousins, each and every one. Why are we fighting (?) the usually cultural or political reasons and not much more? We need not be enemies when we should be friends. We should be neighbors and celebrate, enjoying different cultures, having enough confidence in our own. The world is calling for us to fulfill our mandates as worthy stewards. If we don't, something else will. You know, time. And space has a way of changing. It will erase what we have accomplished in a moment of historic time. This 20,000 years we spoke of, what is this when we're thinking, OK, 2% of a million years. And how many millions make a billion? A thousand million make a billion. So 2% of a million divided by a thousand in a billion years, It's not that much with a wider lens. Life on this world has been in existence for more than three billion years. The planet itself is four and a half billion years old. There have been five previous major extinctions, eruptions of the status quo on this planet. The last major one about sixty-six million years ago, when an asteroid the size of Mount Everest hit the earth. It obliterated the life-giving rays of the sun to reach the surface of the earth. The cloud cover was too dense for the sun rays to shine through. And most life died, all the way up and down the chain of life by these conditions. The last major ice age is not so far away. Also 20,000 years old. And what do you think is going on? You think a hundred years is a lot? It is, of course. Each moment can seem like a lifetime. I'm just saying perspective is our key. The wider we view, think, believe, see, visualize, the more we have just done. The more we have just accomplished. The more we have just had an opportunity to see a greater variety of experiences being here now. Remembering our bundle of miracle natures shimmering in energy. Our whole body is shimmering. Our body is exuding heat from the workings of our hearts and our lungs. We're about a hundred degrees radiating heat in all directions. And then all of the mental energies that we are also both receiving and transmitting, remembering whom you are, what you are. These things are happening. You don't need to debate them. You just need to not be ignorant or ignore them. Being aware of them is your strength. This is what I am. Knowing one's limitations, where one wants to reach and acquire more skill so that limitations can become accomplishments. Using the power of virtue to do this, you must be virtuous to acquire what you want. If you want to do it in a positive nature, you can use negativity to selfish greed. And many have and many do. But this does not make it better, it makes it different. My choice, and I hope you choose, to make your way to be on your journey in a more positive manner, more aware, more awake, more alive, rising in your own majesty of recognition of whom we are, the family of mankind. Grasping to have a better understanding. It is like yoga. The word yoga in Sanskrit means to grasp as in harnessing an ox or the reins of a horse. So we might guide our own being, our own minds, our own bodies to finer, more sensitive conditions, greater awareness, greater perception, greater receptivity to furthering oneself through understanding where your failures as well as successes come from. What are details and characteristics of one's behavior? Getting inside as a witness, as a friend, as a helper. This is what I recommend. Studying one's physicality, one's breath, one's techniques of breathing through different environments and playing games, learning more about your breathing, using it as a focal point to practice. It's a valuable tool. Learning about one's pulse, one's heart squeezing and relaxing is a valuable tool. Why? Concentration, focus. I'm thinking about my breath. I'm feeling my breath. I'm experiencing my breath. I feel the heat that is being generated by the activity of my diaphragm and lungs. Similarly, with my heart. I'm feeling my heart squeezing. I feel it in my fingers and palms of my hands as they're pressed gently together. And the warmth too. I feel my feet, my toes vibrating, shimmering with energy. This is how one knows you are alive. Not taken for granted in these moments is the surprise, is the reaching for a greater sense of awareness, a multiplicity of awareness is what we're doing. Our mind is consciously witnessing what is also participating in our moment. What happens if a wave of incense crosses through your space? You will smell it. Or a candle flickers on a table. You will see, you will feel. Or someone close by smiles, and you feel in this instance a communication, friendship, of love, sharing between a space, a volume of time. This is receptivity. It works in every way. When one is not being successful, you feel a greater intensity of the depth of the details, and being more virtuous, you choose to change, to improve, to become, to make, to be. I am. This is what affirmations are for. I am virtuous. Choose which ones you please, which ones are going to benefit you and your heart and your soul and your friends and your family the most. This is the journey of one's life. Putting these physiological aspects together. Breath, pulse, shimmer, heat. Now you're focused. If you have these on your mind simultaneously, you are focused. Let's play some more and see. Put them together. Start with your breath, then bring your pulse in, your heat. Feeling your body vibrating with the energy of your cells, all 37 trillion of them. Do this for you. Do this for me. Do this for mankind. And it is not a once and done proposition. It is not 15 minutes where you have accomplished your task. Your task is your life. It is ongoing. And so your practice also must be. The music's going to continue for another moment. Please ponder your being.
