Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

to remain alive
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
"to remain alive" mankind needs to make positive changes.
why (?) because our tools are so great in size, think fission or fusion, for example.
And, here we are, still acting out as if we were the savages we once were and all to often find our Selves mindlessly repeating again and again,
time for change in this, the Dawning of the Aquarian Age
Our Goal, finding awe, while feeling one's Self aglow
Our mission, helping others and self to grow

I seen all good people now. Includes you and me. With that said, what is the most important thing that a human being does? Comfortable posture. I know you want to be in one. That's important. But the most important? Mmm, probably not. What is the most important thing? It depends on context, right? What do I mean? All of a sudden one's mind comes to an array of answers depending on what the question specifically is implying. And so without further ado, to remain alive. What is the most important thing a human being can do? The basis that I'm speaking of is to be alive. To have another moment or series of moments, a flowing progression of moments. We can call that life. So that's number one. What's number two? What is the second most important thing a human being can do? Think about it. Well, um, you know, again, it's context. So let me give you my answer. Or the answer that evolves around this specific discussion we're having. Is how you maintain your aliveness, what you do, what you accomplish. Perhaps in the context of Homo sapiens, what one's goals are. Because we're such an advanced sentient being. We have all these additions to our repertoire of thoughts. It's not just survival and reproduction. It is a little more detailed and nuanced today. This is the complexity of evolution's evolving from the simplest to more complex. So, how we survive and survive in the first place are the answers we're looking for in our discussion today. Being here now, just at this level of existence, of just allowing everything to fade away, to dissolve before these uppermost of importance concepts, being comfortable, calm, at ease, feeling resourceful and curious, pleased, we are here, alive, conversing, and thinking about our goals of self-improvement, of awareness, of our attainment of virtues, of our realization of what's gone on before us, before this generation, or even the last ten generations, the last hundred generations before. Thinking about our DNA. Thinking about this world in the context of a universe filled with millions, if not billions, if not trillions, of other worlds, most likely similar to our own, with a capacity for life to grow. What that means, I don't know. I'm sure we'll find out soon enough. In my mind, at least, I'm thinking we already have some form of relationships. And I think that's good for us to be aware of. So we're comfortable and we're thinking about these two questions, life and what one does in it. And by remembering these basic dialogues one has with oneself, we begin to widen our perspective.
SpeakerThe obvious is everything has different dimensions to it, has greater width, greater height, greater depth, from which we can view alternatives. In a mental escape... patience, acceptance, calm, we are more likely to be receptive to what's actually occurring. These are vital characteristics to "own," to have to develop this potential of learning from one's own self as one flows and proceeds through life, reaching towards one's goals. We all have thoughts of what the future might look like. And it is good to develop a path as easily and as simple as possible for us to attain our anticipated future. This all makes sense, yes. So by coming to an understanding of what, where, when, why, who, and how we are here, the perspective becomes more and more expansive the more and more you practice and more details emerge. There comes a time when the world is just an orb. It is, yes, our planet, but one sees it in a sense as a witness, as an observer. And therein everything within the context of this planet, its history. We, you and I, are so lucky not to be taken for granted all of the scientific advancements our civilization has created from all its different elements Chinese, Middle Eastern, African, European, South American, North American, Asian, Russian, wherever. Man has put his mind to use. It is with a sense of being a witness one sees the productivity and the nuances of mankind, languages, customs, cultures, spiritual traditions, and comparing them as a witness, not as a judge, but of just objectively looking and seeing characteristics, wonder, awe, at the variety of human form and character. And sooner or later, with this widening perspective, one's view upon "what one might have been brought up to believe" as the truth, in quotes, is not. Maybe partially true, half true, sure. But the whole story? No. Sometimes and unfortunately too often, important truths are ignored and not even mentioned. So, but when you look at the world and all of these different circumstances from a higher altitude of perspective than "usual," what one begins to see is... We should really be thinking about what and how we're educating ourselves, because this is crucially important for our future. We cannot live in a world of half lies or half truths, and this is what we have. So it is sobering to be here now, a bundle of miracles. It is sobering and humbling. We gaze upon a world where man has been pretty rotten to his fellow human beings, and yet we are in this flux, this period of change we call the Aquarian age. It is our opportunity to survive, but it is done through wisdom learning through our mutual experiences and history and not from the sense of selfishness and greed that oftentimes prevails on all different levels, from the most important personages to the least. We all need to look and learn. No one is above being what we all are, which are parts of a very large universe, much greater than we had ever even thought. The James Webb telescope says, in all directions the universe recedes and continues to the furthest reaches as we have ever been able to see. Galaxies, solar systems, stars, and planets revolving around them, asteroids. This is what happens. This is the universe and nature acting out. This is evolution occurring in real time. There is a world that we follow, you and I. And more than just a world. We follow creation to better understand what's going on. It is with wisdom and harmony we should be seeking to be aware of and evolve in our own moments, to compromise, to take time, to allow transitions to occur. That take years. Two, three, five, ten years. Sometimes generations every 15, 20 years of change. That's enough. We don't want to put it out to infinity. Because then the work won't be done, right? We know human nature. And we need to include all of these ideas. It is not one that is better than another, it is just another. And one can be better in a certain circumstance, we need be flexible, too. We have such a great potential. Where does that put all of us? As individuals, which is what we are, before we are anything else, wanting to be alive and have goals and improve ourselves. These are things that should be taught in school to inspire humanity. This is what we want. This is what we need. The greatest successes of humanity are before us. Mankind has a tremendous potential. We can see just in two hundred years how much has been accomplished. The music's continuing for another minute. Think about these things. Mindfully aware of one's breath, of one's pulse, of the heat emanating, shimmering from one's body, the radiance and vibration of one's living organism, which we refer to as ourselves. Being here now, in all of these ways, being appreciative in the realization of just how lucky we are to be alive.
