Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Good morning. It is impossible to overemphasize how lucky we are, how fortunate to be alive. We recharge our batteries and have an opportunity to exist for another day, seek meaning and aspiring goals. We can associate with and be amongst our fellow human beings, Homo sapiens, and have an opportunity to fulfill what has become our own personalities, the way we are. We have in these moments of awareness opportunities of transformation. It is why we are here. Coordinate and bring influence towards positive momentums, directions, flowing awarenesses. It is not an idle pursuit. It is when we drive down into the most basic nuances of being. It is everything. It is how one perceives this cascade of moments, of motion, of flowing awarenesses. We are utilizing each of us in our unique ways, which are results from our DNA and everything that has occurred up to this moment before this moment arrives, right? Of course, education, society, cultures, spiritual traditions all play a part in an evolving landscape of one's being. Yes? It is okay to pause the podcast and think, reflect upon what's being said. For one's own edification, to further one's own depth in an investigation of what has found interest in your own consciousness. This is for self-improvement. We are here now, bundles of miracles. We have always been. And yet for the longest of times we by and large don't appreciate whom we are. We take for granted. We don't have societies that teach us to be thankful, to be appreciative, to be humble. We have systems wherein half truths are oftentimes disseminated as being the truth, but they not necessarily are. When you leave half a story untold, then that's all you have.
SpeakerBeing aware enough to realize our own godliness, each of us as a sun unto themselves, emanating heat, energy, emanating all kinds of neuroenergies as well, being this way, allowing one's consciousness to be focused upon these things, allowing all else to fade away, to dissolve, sitting comfortably, undisturbed, being aware of one's physiological functions, most commonly, breath, pulse, one's heat, as we just said, one's shimmering vibration. Beneath all of these physiological processes is the constant foundation of actually being alive. Your whole body's cellular structure maintaining itself in the status of being alive. This is the foundation. Our DNA, our experiences. This is whom we are. In this ecstatic awareness of one's own quivering human form, being here now, present, in the eternal flowing moment. Which means the moment continues both directions. That's all it means. It just means that there is a past, there is a future, and there is all that is unknown, which is we are finding out more and more, is most of what's going on. When science has developed enough resources to understand the broadness of energy, the electromagnetic spectrum, and says we actually can perceive only much less than one percent of the energies going on. And when one drives that number down and asks specifically, well what portion of one percent do we understand? Can we perceive? And the science replies almost nothing. It is one thousandth of one percent we have the capacity to receive. Like our hearing sound, seeing light, our brain activities, intuition, sensory perceptions of all kinds. Less than one thousandth of one percent. So humbling when one is considering these kinds of things. Energy is what everything is made of. Again, to be realized to the depth of one's own foundation, pausing, focusing, allowing all to dissipate and to fade. You are a bundle of miracles. Don't forget. How did this bundle of miracles arrive through one's DNA, through the coming together of an egg and a sperm into a new human being. You or I, one cell. And here we are, thirty-seven trillion cells now in this structure we call ourselves. From one to thirty-seven trillion cells. A bundle of miracles, I say, of course, obviously, within the context of not only inquiring about this human form which each of us possess, yet also that which is outside our heat and energy emanating bodies, beyond our own noses, the rest of creation, is why it is so easy to be humble before the immensity of creation. Further, why it is indeed also so easy to be thankful for awareness of these things.
SpeakerIt can be that some are not. If one is in a state of dis ease, displeasure of what we name as unhappiness and failure, then it may be a tedium just to get up, to awaken, much less to think and awaken, remembering whom one is. It just may be too much, certainly without some instigation of a habit being formed or a goal being set and realized. This is ongoing in billions of our fellow Homo sapiens. It is the norm. With the beginning of one's mental consciousness, one's momentum being already flawed and lacking depth of perception, one's limiting perspective of negativity, which is or can be be genuine. Certainly it is to a person in this condition. How much better would we all be if we had been trained or are receiving training in how to improve ourselves, genuinely improve ourselves from the inside out. What we eat, what we think, what we believe, what we know, what we learn, what we experience, a glimmer, and brighten until the full light and energy of the day arrives, dawn. It is always possible to change, to grow, to improve, become more aware, to widen, heighten, and deepen one's perspective. It is our capability, it is a worthy goal, and it is why mankind has evolved like we have. Curiosity, working together. These are the circumstances, and yet we are still acting as man acted twenty thousand years ago. Look around and see where is the dialogue between warring or argument of factions? Does not the United Nations have a mandate, responsibility to further peace, prosperity, cultural appreciations of all manners, from food to architecture to art to spiritual traditions, are not all and each and every country and every man, woman, and child valuable? What can we do as individuals, as communities, as governments, do to further common sense? Because that's what we're talking about, and human behavior. We have a great deal to be proud of, and yet we also can and should have enough sense to learn the lessons of this last twenty thousand years of recorded history, utilizing what we learn to further our own agendas today. Further, we have all of the history of our world. Science is increasingly knowledgeable about, again, learning from everything that has proceeded before. Mindful meditation is what this is. Being here now, bundles of miracles, humbled by the immensity of creation, and thankful for having an opportunity to play. May each and every one of us find many times during our day a sense of equanimity and peace, a thought, a flowing set of moments where we remember to be playing. The music continues for another minute. Please pondering these things. There is nothing more important than these things. Life, doing your best, and adding to it. Because each of us is a reflection of the whole. And each of us has an effect on everyone, everything in this universe. We are connected in the oneness of the energy of creation. It is a matrix of energy. It is everywhere, remembering whom we are.
