Certainly one can easily say, I'm always changing and this is true;

one could say, I'm not sure as the future is un-known and with each moment we pass into the new;

Or, one could just linger in a moment long enough to capture its essence....

and, then, the question dissipates, the boundaries disappear

I've seen all good people. Remember how important humming is? When we're humming, we are vibrating our whole body with our sound. Taking nothing for granted, remembering how precious you are. One is. We are. And everything else. To be alive is much more than just one's ego. It is a combination of an immense, if not infinite, number of events occurring. From moments that have been accomplished in the past to a future which is unknown. Evolution is what we're talking about. The "whole kit and caboodle," being here now, comfortably postured. In your chosen way. And if it's not, then finding something you feel relaxed, calm. Finding one's breathing in such a way that one is filled with a curiosity of what this means to be able to breathe on a planet with a livable atmosphere. Thinking about all the events we are aware of that have contributed to this possibility, potential, we find ourselves in. Our whole world finds ourselves in, not taking for granted, being aware, a witness to everything, being receptive, open-minded, open heart, open being. For what we know is only a spark of what is. One thousandth of one percent of the electromagnetic spectrum. Does mankind have a capacity to be receptive to... The rest, the ninety-nine point nine nine nine percent, is beyond our recognition. Being here, humbled in our recognition of what is, thankful in our recognition further of what is, which we are a part of, our good fortune. Even more with relish or with icing, we have an awareness of just this contemplation we're sharing. Many forms of life upon our planet do not seem to have the same potential or possibilities, mankind is fortunate to share. Our family, our cousins, everywhere, remembering whom we are. Bundles of miracles, humble by the immensity of creation, thankful for this opportunity to be a part, as Shakespeare said, life's stage. What is your part? What is the landscape or scenery? What are you helping to create? Being open-minded and receptive to see more clearly as a witness to help one have this 'aha' moment in such a way as one can begin to make small steps to positive changes. Building, as if climbing one rung on an ascending ladder, to one's better self. I have two quotes today. They came in from the School of Practical Philosophy.org. Highly recommended. Your vision will become clear only when you look into your own heart. Who looks outside dreams, who looks inside awakens. This was said by Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist, 1875 to 1961. You probably heard his name. I have. Do not seek to be anything else than what you are, And in doing so, you will come nearer to the one. Plotinius, Roman philosopher. Around two hundred and fifty BC or BCE, Plotinus, P L O T I N U S. Do not seek to be anything else than what you are, and in doing so, you will come nearer to the one (which we all are.) Anyway, I like them a lot. I like to put them on my wall when they catch my imagination and my attention. Because again, we are oscillating like all the other energy forms in our universe. And as much as in one moment of time we are ecstatic, aware, shimmering, vibrating, quivering with the energy of life's engine. Like the rumbling of a car. When you get in a car and you turn it on, it rumbles, right? It begins to have a sense of motion. It is the same for us, but our cars aren't turned on and off, just once, it's always ready and alive for us to remember. Being here now, bundles of miracles. Always looking for the flowing momentum of one's breath, one's pulse, heat, emanating, vibration, shimmering, ecstatic celebration, feeling, remembering, knowing, habitualizing oneself, practicing. It is only as far away as we place ourselves be present, feeling one's hands, allowing one's fingers, palms, and thumbs to press gently together before you, maybe even between your legs, feeling your inner thighs and your outer forearms as they press out and allowing one's hands to press in gently everywhere. Awareness is what we're doing. Tools are what we're using to corroborate, to collect, to concentrate, focus our attention wherever we want, in whatever depth. Wide is our capacity, and wider still is the breadth and the depth of creation. So we do our best, we make our ways, we ascend our ladders, we take our small steps, we make mistakes, we look at things consciously and as a witness, we move ahead with time and practice, surely, as the sun rises, as the sun sets, you will find yourself improving. Thinking about these things, please. The dawning of the Aquarian age is our responsibility to transform... the way we think, to grow up, to become adults. Spread the word. We need all the help we can get. The music continues for another moment. Linger, namaste
