Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

The commandment is to "know thy Self," How are you responding (?)
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Be-ing authentic is be-ing honest with one Self, it is the best way to begin, because I doubt if you are doing everything one can...
And, you know what, it's OK, you are human and have many different "things" vying for your attention. So, loosen up and smile, be glad just to be alive, and have this opportunity to learn and grow....
Every moment fosters this capacity, take advantage and know how special we each are
Our Goal, finding awe, while feeling one's Self aglow
Our mission, helping others and self to grow

Hi. Finding comfort, being calm, an environment where we are at peace, a sense of equanimity in our beings. As well, we're coming alive. We're being responsive to this focusing concentration we're having upon our own physicality and finding a depth that's increasing. It's like swimming down in the water. Deeper and deeper, we find ourselves experiencing each sequential flowing moment, becoming aware of the motion of our body in several distinct ways. Finding our chest, our torso, our lungs rising and subsiding, our diaphragm rising and subsiding, our heart squeezing and resting, squeezing and easing all of the time. Finding the heat emanating from our body in a continual cascade of thermal energy being powered by these two miraculous, muscular activities of respiration and circulation. Here we are, bundles of miracles, formed over a span of three billion years. Evolution. Hello, welcome. Humbled each and every one when we consider the depth of our own creation, our DNA, our blueprint, our software, our guideline for our own cellular creation is here inside all of ourselves. Mankind, Homo sapiens. We are one family. It is best always to make one's efforts to remember we're always talking about family of cousins from different places, cultures, traditions, family, just the same. Nonetheless, we are one race of mankind upon this world. Are we mature enough to recognize the sovereignty of this planet of our earth? If and when other species from other worlds come into contact with ours, then do we need to wait for this reckoning, when we can just as easily have it today to be proud, to be thankful, to be humble, to feel a sense of compassion, empathy for all of our kind? Can we find ourselves living or being or imagining ourselves in the shoes of some other person in some other land, in some other culture, and stand in those shoes and better understand why and wherefore we are different as a witness, an observer, objective, without egotistical ramifications, just to better understand for one's own interests and curiosity to better understand one Self, wherein we exhibit our own complexities? What ways do we lean? How do we stand? Do we lean one way or another? Do we lean in as going forward or lean back as in hesitating? Or do we lean left or right, whatever that conceivably means? An understanding in all of these directions, they are always subject to change, for the world, for ourselves, for everything that is in it, around it, to the ends and the reaches of our universe are all the same. Change is the constant of this universe we find ourselves in. Fourteen billion years of evolving from the simplest energy to what we today can now find, even just upon this one lonely, solitary planet we call our own. Thinking about these things now. Life as well as we are bundles of miracles. In all of its ramifications, manifestations, species, thinking about this. Let's just imagine and go beyond. Finding ourselves contemplating, visualizing far, far reaches in space across time. This is what our telescopes are doing. They are recording the time of millions and billions of years ago. And in these far distances, being witnessed to the countless galaxies being seen, receding into the distances, and being aware, in each one, perhaps two hundred billion suns with all their little planets revolving around in elliptical orbits like our own... their Mars, Jupiter, Venus, and all of a sudden, when we try to visualize this honestly in a sense of authenticity, in a sense of common sense, we begin to realize if the opportunities and the probabilities and the potentials of life came to exist upon this third planet in distance from this sun, and we are considering trillions of planets across the face of creation. How many more planets are like this, revolving around how many suns? All of this occurring simultaneously, like our breathing, our pulsing, our thermal emanations, being here now, realizing our own depth, for we have made this distant journey, as surely as we are in whatever posture in whatever environment, we are found, humbled by this immensity, we're visualizing and talking about, humbled and thankful for having a part. Thinking about these things, please, one's practice, one's effort all day, remembering whom we are, one's sacred saying, one's vibrating body, shimmering with the energy of life. Remembering you have many tools at hand, follow, and help one Self flow. Grow, Glow, Shine in one's own Self recognition. It is as simple as this. Know thy Self. This is the commandment. This is what we're doing. Know thyself. The music continues for another minute. Please ponder. Spread the word. The Aquarian age has dawned. We are waking up, and we need all the help we can get.
