Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

I wonder wonder wonder wonder who, I wonder wonder wonder wonder who, Who wrote the book of love, in so many different ways we find awe in our beings, our hearts flutter with life, our pulse, our undulating being in grace, harmony, peace, it is a breath away, here, now in this eternal moment, we're sharing how lucky we all are. I was having a discussion earlier the thought came up of mankind's wisdom, how much we've accumulated, how great mankind has become, everything that has been accomplished by Homo sapiens in five, ten, twenty thousand years, and how we each individually as we are born and grow, progressing through life's changes, how each of us feels some level of accomplishment varying in degree as the changing winds of time bring us from one moment to another. How long did you say a man lives? A hundred years, more or less one century. How much time does mankind feel One century represents... it is not even an instant in the consideration of time and creation. It is a smidgen of a smidgen of a smidgen. And yet we parade, some literally, upon our planet unknowingly limiting ourselves, fearful of looking upon ourselves objectively, as a witness. We call death and mayhem success when it should be just the opposite. It is peace, cooperation, compromise, and working together, growing, mutually respecting cultures, spiritual traditions as part of, and a wonder of the diversity of our kind and of life. Being glad there is so much individuality, celebrating as an observer without any bias or intention, just wanting to learn, be curious, thankful, and joyous for opportunities of clarity, authenticity. This is what we're sharing in mindful meditation. These are our goals to attain, continue with these characteristics of integrity and honesty, clarity, humility before everything. And we look at this flowing conundrum which we call time, and one begins to reason there is so much more yet undiscovered about everything, humbling as it should be. Because in this instant, this moment of humility, new fires form, new goals set, new inklings made, which in turn become the drivers of humanity. Being here now, a bundle of miracles, millions, even billions of years in the forming. This is truth one can feel as you allow your hands to rest together. You feel this miracle occurring, going on. You can be aware of the sensitivity of one's feeling, one's nerve cells resonating with awareness. And you can join that thought with the one of the warmth emanating from between your fingers, touching each other, between the skins. One can feel it in the depths of the ocean of one's body when you feel the quiver of your vascular system as blood courses through one's arteries and veins. One can feel this majestic creation in one's breath, in one's breathing, one's four-part harmonic process of life. Breathing in long and slow, purposefully, pausing at the top, resonating with awareness, being here, present, breathing from that which is without oneself. You're breathing air, right? Outside of oneself, humbled by just being aware, thankful for just having this chance to be here now, finding and flowing with one's being, one's vibration of life, being, flowing with this, growing with one's processes of breathing and pulsing, emanating heat, and majestically shimmering in the ecstatic nature of life. These four tools being this way. The music continues for another minute. Please, to thine own self be true, opening one's heart, one's soul. Step inside and say hello. This is what we're doing. Have an incredible day. You have opened Pandora's box. As told, it is impossible to close. It is not what is inside, it is what the opening becomes. We are each a river of a soul. We are neither its beginning nor its end. We are a part of all of this, this whatever it is, creation, we use this term. Thinking about one's own traveling nature through time, one's DNA, thinking 'oh' thinking about this, one's nature, from one's cell, from just one to one trillion when we are born. From one to a trillion. Who do you think formed this person? This male or female Homo sapien. Who? You yes, actually, your DNA, being humble, thankful in awe, in realization of one's own vibration.
