Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

what do we know (?) apparently, it's always changing
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
right, we are swirling in the intricacies of Life's cascading, kaleidoscopic moments....
where do we make sense, finding our foundation.......
and where is that (?) Starting with one's "physicality,"
is a good beginning, one's foundation of Life,
just becoming more aware of what your body is dooooo-ing is enough
it takes effort to move ahead, to continue, one's heart beats 90-100,000 times every, each day.... one breathes 15-20,000 breathes each day, effort not effortlessly, with effort, with direction, determination, with a sense of continuity
it is you, it is me, it is us, remember every and each one of us is a miracle,
remember all the time, as we breathe, pulse, and yes, even shimmer, with Life's energy.......
this is life's possibility
Our Goal, finding awe, while feeling one's Self aglow
Our mission, helping others and self to grow

Speaker 1Good morning. What are our goals? Making an effort to be happy. To find a sense of brightness in our being, a sense of value, a sense of worth. This is what we do. How do we do this? By accomplishing, by making goals, little and large. And what are our tools? What do we utilize to find improvement? To make headway? Many different things. We, as mankind, have come a long distance from even twenty thousand years ago. And here we are, wondering what kinds of scents or moisturizers or shampoos, conditioners, what kind of soaps to use on our bodies to clean them, what kind of beer to drink if you drink beer, something from Turkey or Greece or England or Germany or the USA or Mexico or Denmark or wherever. And yet the most important, in my opinion, ingredient necessary to actually accomplish this task of helping make ourselves content and happy and feel rewarded, is to come to one's own senses, to be here now, present with one's own being in the eternal universe, the presence of what your ears are now discussing with your brain. What's going on right this instant as you are listening to these words? You hear multitudes of ambiences of sound. One feels the potential of what may come. One hears my utterances, this air that is passing through my lips, over my tongue, through my throat, and everything else. What is it we know? Well, if we know we don't know very much, we're ahead of the game. It's called humility, and everyone needs it because it is a key, a way of opening up one's own self that we might better view ourselves honestly, and take a snapshot, take a moment's picture and say to ourselves, okay, whom are you? Meaning me, meaning I. And in so... being humble, have an opportunity of being receptive enough to be honest when you say hello, that you view with a sense of equanimity, of being a witness, non-judgmental or biased, just wanting to come to the greatest possible depth of understanding of whom this subject is in front of one's mind, one's visualization, one's reception of events as they are occurring. To take a fair look, and then henceforth to analyze and move forward, positive and negative, both. We need to foster improvement and continuity in one and make positive changes in the other. It is learned. We need all the help we can get. But the greatest hope one has, the greatest helper one has is oneself. It is also then, by definition, that which can be the most detrimental, or that which gets in one's way the most, rather than the littlest. It is a pendulum swinging back and forth through moments of time. It is what it is. Coming to terms with what is occurring and leaning in the direction of positive momentum, we can more likely find success in our endeavors, in our goals. This is common sense. So doing this all of the time, as much as one can. More than not is the point. What is important to keep reviewing, remembering, savoring, enjoying, being appreciative of, and humbled before one's own being. There is a series of phrases I like to say to myself. It helps change my attitude. Sometimes I call it a sacred phrase because it is to me, but in actuality, every utterance that has ever been vocalized is sacred as well. It is just one's awareness of it, the actual ability to vocalize in the first place, Is not this a miracle, a gift? We are here now, bundles of miracles, savoring this in one's heart, in one's soul. We are here now bundles of miracles. Beyond our imagination, old, each of us, beyond one's imagination. It is your DNA, not your ego I'm talking about. It is not the itch on the end of your nose, it is the accumulated knowledge, wisdom, physiological changes of millions upon millions of iterations or generations of evolution. This is whom each of us are. Humbled by this, if for no other reason one can consider, pinch yourself and remember, thankful for being appreciative of this moment in time and space. Learning, recognizing our, my need to remember just how precious everything is. The music's going to continue for another minute. Ponder your being and be positive.
