Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

I see all, I see all, I see all good people. You know, so I say this instead of testing one, two, three. Has more significance to me. So better. It's afternoon, it's just a little bonus time. For me, hopefully for you, to be here what, now? Bundles of of all kinds of things. To just think in depth about anything is the beginning of one becoming aware, of one remembering one's being. Practice all day. And in no time at all, you will attain a new sensitivity, receptivity, to one's own fame, to one's own capabilities, possibilities. Shakespeare so aptly said, life is like a play. We are the characters that populate the stage. Being here in this moment now. The microphone is the air. Literally, figuratively also. It has enough weight, enough molecular density to vibrate and carry our words through a distance. We call it sound. It is energy moving. Remembering whom and what we are. Bundles of energy, miraculous energy, twisted and pulled and turned and tossed in an infinite number of ways, over thirteen or fourteen billion years of evolution. Because everything started out the same. Being here now. It's kind of exciting to be alive. There is such a cacophony of stimulations simultaneously going on. Feeling with one's sensory perception, one's mouth and the taste. One's sense of smell. What is in the range of your olfactory environment? Your eyes, your colors, the textures, the depths, the shading, one sees. Or not. The sounds one hears outside of oneself that come in through the folds and the nooks and crannies in one's ears. This means of vibrating against your eardrum. Gaining entry thereby to inside, to one's middle ear. Being aware. Being aware of the potential of sound between one's nerve endings and one's brain. Plural. The left and right cerebrums. Being aware. Being aware of just how lucky we are. Yes. Bundles of Miracles. Being aware of a sense of humility in one's expression of awe and wonder at what has come before us that we might be here in this moment. Being aware of a sense of gratitude rising and emanating from our deepest being glowing, growing, shining everywhere. This way, allowing oneself to be a bundle of miracles. In ecstasy, allowing one's whole body to quiver. Well, it's doing that anyway, allowing oneself to feel yourself quivering with energetic being. Your aliveness, your cells being energized every moment by new infusions of oxygen. Being here now. Remembering all day, seeking to align oneself with specific virtues you find interesting to the way you want to be... humbled by your widening perception of what is, of what has been, of what could be. Remembering the whole universe is changing in every moment. Thankful for this moment right now.
