Is this not the Way we perceive our activities, either I am or am Not (?) oscillation...

what else does it mean, continual and constant evolution (changing) time.....

And, what is our "role,"  it is unique to each, yet better travelled flexible, kind, and understanding...

Assuming these qualities is more than just repetition of the words, it is thinking about them,              savoring        their     Meaning, again and again, until they become "part of one's nature..."

Now you know the secret hiding bin plain sight, so realizing this, it is perhaps the most difficult to remember until you have "upgraded" your habits (?)

How, I hear, Practice surely will bring improvement, Energy follows Attention, Seek and Yea shall Find

Speaker

Good morning. Returning and going back to our beginnings. Listen to this quote from a man twenty centuries ago. No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river, and he's not the same man. Heraclitus 535 to 475 BCE. Greek philosopher. No man ever steps in the same river twice. (That's women and kids too.) For it's not the same river. And he's not the same man ( woman or child.) And why is this, it is because time continues to prosper, moment by moment, experience by experience. Here's another one for you Ralph Waldo Emerson two hundred years ago, American philosopher. Better to know a few good things which are good and necessary than many things which are useless and mediocre. Let me read it again. Ralph Waldo Emerson, philosopher, a couple hundred years ago. Better to know a few good things which are good and necessary than many things which are useless and mediocre. These words always ring true in both cases, and have, as we've just said, for thousands of years already. But what it also means is that we need to keep reminding ourselves of whom and what we are. This is the purpose of mindful meditation, or I think, in essence, any spiritual tradition. It is to rally the mind to be aware of its blessings in whatever cultural or traditional way. The universe is still the universe. The concept of God and godliness is still the concept of God and godliness. It doesn't fluctuate from one religion to the next. It is continuous. Being here now in these moments, we see a symphony of creation, of uniqueness. It is a spectacular process We are part of, yes, bundles of miracles. Everything is energy... built and twisted and folded and woven into different forms, more and more complex forms, with more and more capacity and in essence responsibility. As creation grows, our roles upon this Earth, easily can be seen. It is up to us to be the stewards of our world, this planet Earth. Letting us shine the light of our own intentions, our self-improvement from within, spreading thru each individual, allowing it to radiate, sharing, acknowledging, participating (knowingly or not), communicating with our fellow species. This is always a good idea, yes. If we look across the nations and the continents, across the great seas, as we come into a landmass, even an island size or continental, whichever it be, we see variety in human form. Character, culture, civilization, government, all of these different socio characteristics. We can learn from this if we study them. We have the dawning of the Aquarian age to thank for this. This is not you or me, it is history, evolution. Layer upon layer, stone upon stone, artifact upon artifact, fossil upon fossil. We have learned. We are a sentient, i.e. intelligent creature, and look what we've accomplished. Look what we've done. And it is not all good, nor is it all bad. It is a composition of both. It is positive and negative, and everything in between. It is following the natural norm of energy's oscillation, compounded by an immensity of energy of which we have no conception of, more than a twinkling. To be humble is to be honest and authentic, because when one gets down to the brass tacks, to one's own body in consideration, like this time right now, we see ourselves as individuals, feeling the essence or the different components of our individual unique bodies, and we're looking at ourselves and listening, feeling with our hearts, witnessing with our souls, just looking, feeling the depths of one's body, feeling the force of gravity gently pressing us down, feeling the force, the pressure of this upon one's skin, upon one's hands, if you have them open before you and you're sitting, feeling this, the warmth emanating simultaneously, feeling the blood flowing through your fingers, your palms, your forearms, your torso, feeling one's heart, feeling one's lungs as they rise and they subside, feeling deeper and deeper inside, know thyself, to thine own self be true. These words immortalized over thousands of years. Why, for the truth they represent, to thine own self be true? To me, This is the essence of mindful meditation, to be aware of, to read, to listen, ponder, doing so in a calm and witnessing manner, kind, generous, full of compassion and empathy. In this way, one is more accepting of what one is and has been receiving in one's heightened receptivity. You get messages from your greater being, the being that's actually created you and I. Whatever you want to call your DNA, you don't have to get all scary about it. I don't necessarily think it's reincarnation. I don't consider the two. I'm just talking about facts. We come from our DNA. Anything beyond that you have to extrapolate, come to your own conclusions. What are we? Isn't it always back down to what one thinks? How one plays out the moments as they are flowing past us? So do the best which one may. Being in these bodies of ours, relaxed as we were intimating a few moments ago. Being here now, bundles, humbled, thankful. This is a fantastic way. Nurturing oneself with kind self-awareness, humility. There are one hundred thousand times more things that we might be aware of. Science says it is impossible for us to fathom the depth and the width of creation. I hear words like trillions of planets, trillions of stars, maybe even trillions of galaxies beyond the view of our most capable and far reaching new telescope, the James Webb. What does this mean? Going on and on and on, fourteen billion years as we reckon time, expanding our planet, our solar system and galaxy that we're in, traveling at a million miles an hour away from this Eventual Big Bang. Today, thirteen billion of our years later, still traveling at this speed. Thinking about the intensity of this creative moment to have such force, magnitude, and mass and velocity to create this event. Being here now is within the element of one's own chin, following it down into one's throat and into one's upper chest and into one's heart, allowing this awareness to glow an orangey red hue, as if your eyes were closed and you were gazing at the sun through your eyelids, the orangey red glow, allowing this energy emanating from one's heart to soak into one's lungs because they're so close, right? They're nestled together, allowing them to begin to glow also with this beautiful orangey red hue. It can have red in it and yellow too. It can be whatever you wish. Every color of the rainbow has its own following of adherents who love this color the most. It is the individuality, it is the uniqueness of our universe, allowing it to glow more, filling one's whole chest cavity, one's solar plexus, one's stomach, intestines, one's glands, one's liver, kidneys glowing orangey red, healing, energizing, optimizing, cleaning your whole chest cavity right now, this way, with healing vibrations of one's own creation. Being here now, bundles, humble, thankful. The music's continuing for another minute. Enjoy, prosper, ponder, being here now.
