So, we're just two People having a discussion and one of us asks the other, what is your foundation, upon what do you build your Life, what is your Life (?)

do you have an Answer (?) for these Questions.   Might I suggest something to think about (?)

OK, one self, oh! so simple, no, not really, you are made of 37 trillion cells; you have been evolved over 3 billion years; and you generate all kinds of Energy, converting all kinds of inputs, creating all kinds of responses, 24 hours a day.  How simple (?) is this...

Hi, we are here now, bundles of miracles, have been our whole lives, and yet seldom do we remember how lucky we are. This is the purpose of mindful meditation. Clear and simple. To remember whom you are. The techniques that one uses are as different as each of us are between each other. Unique, in other words. There are guidelines and people use them. For instance, often one hears the call to find a comfortable position for oneself, a physical position for oneself as a call to order, to remind oneself, and to become undisturbed. One can find a greater degree of concentration in an environment where they have a sense of peace and calm. Both of these and individually, yet together help elicit in one a greater sense of relaxation, a state of calm, tranquility, harmony, grace, equanimity, tranquility. It is a wonderful idea to do these things. Depending on what one is thinking of in this instant of time, maybe one's mind is cluttered with other things. We need find a focal point or a strength to help bring our different aspects and different awarenesses together into one. Doing this with our foundation is among in my limited knowledge the best of the ways to do this. Being aware of one's posture, as we were just saying, one's environment. We have begun. Remembering the feeling of the texture of one's skin. Feeling it now, of course. Feeling one's warmth. Feeling the effervescence of life, for that's what this actually is. It is the heat being generated by our hearts as it pumps, by our lungs as they rise and subside. It is what we are doing all the time. Bundles of miracles that are millions of years old make us whom we are. Generations of thousands upon thousands and thousands of generations of Homo sapiens, our ancestors, is whom we are. When science has drilled down with their microscopes to the very basis of life as we know it in our physical universe, what have they found? Life itself is energy, it is bits and pieces. Being here now, aware of this great disparity between what life is at its humblest and what it is as we are immersed in our own worlds, one's own fingers and toes, one's nose, one's eyes, one's ears. Being aware of one's sensitivities in all these different aspects we share. The taste in one's mouth, the smells, the feeling, the touch, the closeness, the pressure and pull of gravity as we go about our daily lives. It is all part of the continuous flowing of our lives, not take n for granted, being aware. This is an admirable goal. More of the time, we are here now. We place the emphasis on being in this environment together in a sense of dialogue and communication, a sense of exercise and practice, assimilating, improving techniques to being aware. Repetition, being aware, being aware. All day being aware, ahh, I've found you. If I find you a hundred times a day, isn't it better than not having found you once or maybe, a thousand times. Oh boy, how lucky you will be. So readily, easily. Again, of a process which we don't even think about, and yet we're doing around twenty thousand times a day. And yet day and night sleep or awake, and yet how many times have you thanked your lungs for breathing in the last week? In the last day, in the last year. How many times? More than you can count or less than you have of fingers. Remember is the very, very, very most important thing. Whom you are, what you are. This is it. The foundation of mankind. It doesn't matter if one comes from a different tradition or a different country or a different whatever. It doesn't matter. We're all the same. 99.6% the same. Homo sapiens. We're almost identical in most ways, and yet there's this little bit of creativity, individuality, uniqueness, perspective in each of us as being part of this pantheon of miracle after miracle after miracle. We can / must participate in recognizing. It is why it is so crucially important. Recognition of what is going... about one's life with a greater sense of sensitivity and receptivity. Why not? How? Being aware, seeking a sense of awareness. In how? How do I continue to flow by being aware of one's flowing? Because you are already here, you are already doing everything you need to do. You need only be more aware. Seeking. Outside, everywhere. When you speak of the deity, you are a part. How could you not be? By definition, all things are one, the primordial energy of creation, woven into many different forms. From nothing, from just an explosion of energy, of course, it's not nothing, but in the sense of what has transpired over the next thirteen or fourteen billion years, from that to this. And that's the point we take for granted. We view from our own perspective, and we see the world, the universe, and we expect it to correspond to the way we think, or certainly we have our viewpoint, and have an analysis and an ongoing commentary of what is going on in this world, just as I have, these podcasts, each of us, but the fundamental of one's physiology, of the processes of one's life's energy being created, maintained, flowing, glowing, growing, shining, is another thing altogether. As in everything else, there are an infinite number of degrees of everything, and it's always changing. Where do you want to keep your needle pointing on your gauge? Think of a gauge. Circular, white, background, black numbers and an arrow. Where do you want to keep your pointer pointing? To being asleep? Okay. Being half awake? Okay. Being fully awake? Somewhere in between. Yet we have a choice to make. We have goals to set. We have aspirations to attain. We have our lives, our moments, like now. We are learning to become more aware of our moments. We are learning to see in a more witnessing, objective manner in the way we act, in the way we speak, in the way we do the things which we do. Finding a comfortable posture, undisturbed. Allowing oneself to sit today pleasantly, arms folded in one's lap, one's hands may be gently put together. Whatever different role one sees one's appendages at. They can be very informative. You put your fingertips together, for instance, and your palms, the lower part of your palms, and yet in the middle there's a little distance. You could put a ping pong ball in there. And feeling around. Just without having to move or have a direction, just being aware of one's hands. And what do you find? Oh. And what do you find? Oh you find your warmth and your pulsing. You find the feeling of touch. You find you are remembering about how much, how many, what kind of miracles there are inside of us. As one's mental activities are expanding and recollections are proceeding and flowing and growing and glowing. As one's awareness expands, one's perceptions become unleashed, one's universe, the sound, the potential of being, of time, space. We are here now, bundles of miracles, have been our whole lives, humbled in these very moments, just to be alive. We're so lucky, thankful for our good fortune. The music continues for another minute. Enjoy the peace and harmony and grace shining in one's own self illumination.
