Oops, getting ready to close on my PR condo, kind of got carried away, easy to do, and why it is so important to practice, I did this at 6 am, 13 hours ago, but always proof listen and read the transcript before posting, just made the time as everything takes time in this physical universe.

the bounty of being able to rely on your own consciousness as your source of "proof" is immeasurable

Speaker

Good morning. We are so lucky to be alive. This is the primary thought one should have when they awaken. And let me remember more fully my gifts of life. Let me understand and have a greater perspective on what I'm becoming more aware of as moments cascade, as time flies by. And it's flying. 86,400 moments in each day. They're traveling quickly, and every minute 60 of them. In every hour, 3,600 moments of time. Individual distinct items of thought. We are sharing bundles of miracles, mindful meditation. It's easy, it's simple, it's natural. You need not believe anything I say. Just touch your hands together, your fingers, your thumbs, and feel the warmth between them. Beneath the pressure of one's hand upon the other, feeling just beneath the skin, feeling one's pulse. As one heart squeezes in one's chest, nestled between one's lungs, feeling one's pulse. This is what keeps your hands warm. The blood within these arteries and veins, warmed by the effort of your heart and your lungs' muscular activity. Being here now, becoming more aware of the vitality of our being alive. So easy to become totally involved or focused upon what we're doing in our individual unique lives. In whatever year you're in, being aware of just how lucky we all are to have this opportunity to participate in the wisdom of our universe of creation. We have some sense of creation. I mean, this very notion in and of itself is a miracle. I like the phrase, "we are here now, bundles of miracles." This is part of why. "Humbled." We become humbled when we attain a wider perspective on everything, being inventive, conscientious, consistent. This is called practice, of whatever nature one is interested in, to raise the energy of, and to begin assimilating new steps, small steps of change. This is what life is. In no place along this linear progression is there a lack of energy being created, being modified, being raised, being lowered. It is always changing. We have a direct control. We may psychologically feel differently about different things, where we have strengths or weaknesses. But again, everything is changing. One's degrees of strength, one's degrees of weakness are also part of the changing landscape of our universe. Therefore, we are here now practicing to be aware, to have a sense of alertness in our being, facilitating our being receptive, to being with a sense of equanimity, with a sense of being a witness, an objective observer, ourselves, to our world. Being here now, we are comfortable focusing, aware of our bodies, aware of our hands and the heat between them, the pulse, as the cadence of life, even when we're not paying attention to it, it continues. One's heart's muscles squeezing, contracting, releasing, expanding. This is going on how many times a day do you think? Around ninety thousand times a day. Breathing around twenty thousand times a day. Breathing all day. So when one realizes and accepts, in most instances we are unaware of these literally life-effecting processes, then a sense of humility can begin to grow. Because realizing this, it just shows how little we are in touch with our own bodies. What we know, our sense of smell, our sense of taste, our sense of the pressure of our planet's gravitational fields. What do we think about all day? We think about our society, our civilization, our cultures, our families, our participating. But does one think of the basic facts? Does one look back upon history for a record of what has been? So we might learn from this? Isn't this what we need? Isn't this what we utilize our history books for? Although oftentimes I believe they are filled with half-truths in a society where we are afraid of discussing the truth. It is held back. Curiosity is stifled. Does this make you question what's going on? It should. Because look at what we have created in just a couple of thousand years. Do you know how old mankind is in our present capacity? As Homo sapiens, you and I? Three hundred thousand years. And in two thousand years, look what has occurred. Okay, let's say five thousand, or let's go even ten thousand, or if let's get crazy crazy and say twenty thousand years. What has occurred? And I said a moment ago, three hundred thousand? Around seven percent. Is it a linear progression of events we should be considering for mankind? Or are there aha moments in time when things seem to rapidly shift and change, technology seems to explode, like it is now. But what happens if this occurred two hundred thousand years ago? And rather than life continuing to excel and accumulating wisdom and harmony and grace, cataclysms occurred for man's immaturity and egotistical face. Being open-minded. I don't know what the truth is, but there seemingly are a lot of half-truths being perpetuated in our societies, and I have my own experience from when I was a student, and in the way we were taught. So the experience is real, as much as breathing or pulsing is, it is a background. Negative data is omitted, ignored. How much more is being omitted and ignored if this is occurring in the first place? Wherever someone makes a decision that this is in the best interest of somebody or something or whatever, you get what I'm saying. You get what I mean. This is real. Studying just the history of America over the last two hundred years. What we have done to the Native Americans who inhabited North America is despicable. And many of our great ancestors, whom we hold most dear, are guilty as thieves, as frauds, as murderers of these peoples, enslavers of these peoples. It is unconscionable the way mankind, and it's not limited to the United States of America, by no means. This has been going on across all the continents, all the civilizations, even now, thousands of years of history that's recorded in the last twenty thousand years. This is not any one particular subspecies of mankind that's guilty. It's everyone. Of what? Of what are we guilty? Of not thinking, of not being aware, of not being conscientious, of not being virtuous. Being aware. Being a witness unto our civilization, our forms of government, our financial, our governmental, our religious institutions, being aware of everything one can. And seeking a sense of humility and harmony and grace in one's own activities. Doesn't this make sense? Isn't this a good idea to be this way by being aware of one's own being, of this miracle of life? Just common sense is enough. Your hands are exuding heat. There is a tensile connection between one's different skin surfaces as they touch. Beneath its surface, there are arteries and veins conveying blood, oxygenated, and then carbon dioxide laden waste. We are some kind of a miraculous battery. Don't take it for granted. And culminating in this sense of awareness is a certain form or substance of which we are made, our cellular structure, ourselves, feeling the mass of one's being alive, feeling more sensitively, feeling a sense of shimmering, of vitality, quaking, vibrating. This is what's going on. There are thirty-seven trillion cells in one's adult body. They are teeming with life energy, and as such, vibrating with energy. So are you. For it is what we are made of. One can be in an ecstatic state of this physical bodily awareness. One's whole body in a sense of shimmering fire. Now, it is here. It is here as much as the air we're breathing, immersing us. It is here as much as the carbon dioxide and the oxygen are. This is the time for us to excel and press ahead and through our own in essence teenage lack of experience. Let us utilize the wisdom in every direction we can, from every source, to have a sense of conjecture, a discussion, a dialogue, curiosity being explored. Come on now. Being here now, a bundle of miracles, humbled by the immensity of everything we're discussing of creation. Thankful for being a part. The music continues for another minute. May your eyes fill with tears of joy many times today. Thankful for everything you see with the perspective you have found and created and carry and flow in the world.
