Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

let there be a shifting of one's awareness, allowing oneself to begin to be much more sensitive to physical function, to one's skin, one's bodily warmth, to whatever environment one is in, in whatever posture one finds themselves. Being in these moments, now, receptive to what I'm saying and you think, allowing ourselves to be calm, to become more pure, to find ourselves more as a witness rather than a judge. Finding ourselves beginning to pay attention to our processes of respiration, breathing, and circulation, our hearts pulsing, squeezing, being aware of these things. There's quite a lot already. I am asking you to do this to focus our attention on our foundation, which is our humanity, our DNA built bodies, wherein our minds sit. It is the vehicle of our being here. In all the moments, individually and together in our lives, flowing from the point of our beginning until the point of our end. This is the physical universe. I don't quite understand it all, not pretending to. Pretty amazing. We are bundles of miracles within the confines of this universe. I could go on for hours about what we're finding and seeing and what has taken place. What potential aspirations we might share. Once my move is completed, I'm going to be changing the format, making it easier to converse. We might find help in each other's perspective. Being aware of one's posture, environment, the processes of breathing, pulsing, being aware of these, the heat that's emanating from our body as a result. Being aware. It is time. We are in the aquarian age. A time when we can witness recorded history and recorded in any way, geological, ruins, languages and written documentation, fossils, artifacts. And there is so much to be seen and understood. Do not make the mistake to think that everything is all roses because it's not. Nor all bad because it's not. It is a combination of the two. And it cycles back and forth like a pendulum, like energy oscillating. in every moment of our days. This is the reality of the universe. Everything is in motion. And time flows on and on. Being aware. Being aware that this is a celebration in every instance of time. It can be our celebration if we want it to be. We only need to be aware. Oh. aha! All of this is going on. How lucky are we? Bingo. One need do no more than this, allowing oneself to ride in this flowing gyration we call life. The more tools one has, the smoother the ride is. The less tools one has, the rougher the waters get. And this is what you have a sense of. We have a sense of. We share this. Mindful meditation is an introduction into the possibility of making an inquiry and developing a relationship with oneself. And you and I and everything in the universe is connected because we are all made of the exact same thing. The primordial energy of creation. Simple. Everything is in contact with everything else. Everything. Being here presently, aware that your body is emanating not only thermal energy, but everything that you care to explore or to conceive. Every nuance of your personality. Every thought, every action, every sense in one's imagination is out there to be perceived. Reflections like a kaleidoscope. As we turn in the ocean of life. So we have a fuller and smoother transition from moment to moment as we are flowing in life. Taking these things and putting them together, woven in your own way. This is what we each need do. This is the practice of coming to your senses and pausing and remembering and having the sense to pause and having the sense to follow it with remembering the majesty, the celebration of being here in this life right now. Bundles of miracles, humbled in the immensity of our knowledge of creation, and thankful to be able to have a part in this incredible drama we call life. The music's continuing for another minute.
