I see all good people now. Finding a comfortable posture, undisturbed, allowing ourselves to become more and more aware of our own physical nature. Maybe it's just that it's a warm day and you feel your bodies exuding heat. Or maybe it's the clothes you're wearing because it's cooler and you have something to help keep you warm. Maybe it's because you are sitting, you feel your buttocks being pulled down by gravity, or perhaps your feet, your soles of your feet pressing down. Maybe it's all of these things and more. Perhaps you've already made the intention and found your breathing rhythm, your cadence as your heart squeezes and relaxes, your pulsing cadence of life. What is your song saying this morning? Let's find out. Each of us uniquely is going to be in a different position than we were in just even a few moments ago. Because everything by nature is changing. We are the culmination of oscillating energy, billions and billions of years old. Not only our physiological sense, but also the universe, because we are all part of this. The energy we are speaking of is the exact same energy as creation began with. That's what energy is. And the energy that began this universe somewhere around fourteen billion years ago has been modified, changed, but it is still here in everything, including ourselves. Being here now, aware of one's breath, aware of one's pulse, aware of the thermal energy emanating from one's body. As you do these first two, because the breathing and pulsing we go through tens of thousands of times a day are creating muscular energy. And this is how it's dissipated through our vascular system as our heart spreads the heat through our body and then out through our skin. Feeling beneath all of these more readily available processes to the process of life itself. One's thirty-seven trillion cells are calling and being thankful for another moment of life. They're looking for oxygen. They're looking for this sacred combination of processes we've just been speaking about. Breathing, bringing oxygen energy into one's lungs, and circulating the energy through one's heart and one's arteries and veins. This is a synopsis of our being. Of course, we eat, etc. Being objective and a witness unto your own being, allowing pains and discomfort to dissipate and fade away while allowing one's clarity, one's sense of being a witness unto what's going on to rise, to become more clear, to become stronger, to being the focus and concentration of one's mind. Gazing inside of one's body as a visualization and feeling your whole being expanding and rising. And as we begin this process, it is expanding more and more rapidly. Or if we are outdoors, we are projecting our being into the sky, feeling the nourishment and the warmth of our sun and the foundation of our planet, nourishing our being, our ability to thrive upon this planet, and being humbled before the majesty of what's been created over a period of around fourteen billion years.

Being here now, a bundle of miracles, allowing oneself to be humbled by this realization of the immensity of what is occurring simultaneously in every moment as we are existing within one's own body, magnified and multiplied an infinite number of times, being thankful, to have these moments to contemplate how lucky we are, remembering if one begins to lose one's way, what is the advice history has shown us to be wise? Know thyself, We pause to reorient ourselves, determine a better path, to make changes, making little steps in different directions to help us gain a sense of equilibrium and sense of positivity in what we want to set out and accomplish, what we are doing. Be aware of this. Being unsure means an opportunity to make a change. Being unsure is an opportunity to pause and re-evaluate what we are doing. Simple, honest, pure. It is our capacity to do this. Witness your life objectively, looking for ways one can foster self-improvement because this is what we have. This is the game being played. It is happening twenty-four hours a day in every single day we live. Set goals, be open-minded, be receptive, have integrity, be humble and considerate. Seek virtue. It is one thing to be mindfully meditating, but what one accomplishes with the mindful meditation is more important than in quote the name itself. It is self-improvement. To be able to view oneself objectively and at depth is a wonderful thing. But one needs flow and grow and learn to glow and shine in self-realization, and herein is where we find everything. Every one is one. We are the energy of creation. The music continues for another minute. Please think about these things.
