Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Nothing is built in a moment, yet everything begins this Way

We are an accumulation of energy. it has taken billions of years of Evolution to reach this moment / this Awareness in and of, time. Our uniqueness , our individual Physiology is a lot of energy mixed together, literally, comprising / composing whom we are. And yes, it is almost always taken for Granted, ignored. Mindful Meditation as I see it, is for more than accomplishing a quiet, observant state of Mind.... it is to make a worthwhile contribution to what's occurred up till now. With Virtues, we create building blocks which we incorporate into our own personalities / minds resulting in better decisions and action. This is where we are. it is also the dawning of what is called the Aquarian Age, although, it could be any name, it's substance is "An / The Awakening of Man / Woman kind" in self realization through studying our Past. whatever conclusions we come to will (very much) determine what we become. Our legacy in time
Our Goal, finding awe, while feeling one's Self aglow
Our mission, helping others and self to grow

Hi. Good morning. This is practice. One's life is practice. It is sensing a heightening awareness, cultivating, scrutinizing, rising in our own awareness. In what manner? In a sense of being realistic and honest, being virtuous and authentic, bringing a sense of positivity, being here now as a bundle of miracles, which we all are. Get that into one's head. No, I'm not telling you what to do, I'm just telling you what is. I think it's better to be honest with oneself and to come to a sense of realization we are an animal upon the face of the planet Earth in the star system Sol, in the Milky Way galaxy, of a physical universe incorporating some combination of time passing, flowing, and space. It is sobering and it is a miracle, and every single thing that has occurred since the time of this creation is a miracle as well. It is a state of mind of understanding the complexity of everything. Ourselves, know thyself. Do you not want to remember all day whom you are (?) the majesty of millions upon millions of years of tradition, of generations before us? Of course we do. This is our goal. Practicing all day. Pausing and remembering whom we are, where beneath the clouds of a sky filled with energy we actually consume. On the surface of a world mostly covered by the water of our forebears and a bit of land where we now dwell.
SpeakerIn my humble opinion, I believe mankind as a seemingly pre-eminent creature upon this planet we call our own, has an inherent responsibility to not only do our best for ourselves with our expanding consciousness and creativity, as / in remembering the whole universe is basically one. It is the energy of creation. Everything boils down, drills down, layer upon layer like an onion, deeper and deeper to its core as primal energy.
SpeakerWe are all related in constant communication, feeling inside the textures beneath one's skin, one's pulse, one's thermal energy, of course, one's awareness of one's whole body shimmering with thirty-seven trillion cells. Celebrating another moment's life activities. This is what's going on, taken for granted for sure. In parts of us, not everywhere, of course, because the mechanism is working. This is another proof there are many levels of consciousness. People call it unconsciousness. Okay. Just a word that man has devised. Does it mean it's the ultimate truth? Hardly. For civilizations that thought the world was flat seven hundred years ago, what do you think? Coming into one's own recognition can be done in many different ways. Assimilating this just because of a moment's quirkiness or perhaps a more dedicated pathway, one like meditation, prayer, contemplation. Doing this in such a manner as finding one's own roots in one's physicality, in one's innate human being-ness, Homo sapien-ness, is a universal and easy way if one puts time and effort into it, because it is energy that creates one's success or failure. A lack of effort, a lack of energy means a lack of success. If you do this constantly every day, all day, the speed and rapidity of one's success is multiplied. When one couples this with creating an environment where we are planting seeds of virtues in our hearts and souls, furthering one's garden of being alive is enhanced. Flower seeds too. Planting all sorts of things, herbs, basil, cilantro. Planting beauty in one's mind. It can be a physical garden or it can be good thoughts. They are similar yet not the same. Doing both is better. To have greater understanding, heightening a sense of responsibility and detail, caring for actual plants, shrubs, trees.
SpeakerTo be in awe is to be astonished in a sense of reverence. This can come from anywhere anything. It is innate in everything. Surely it can come from one's gardens. When you look upon a flower or a vegetable or fruit coming into being, everything is a miracle. If one takes the moment to develop this pathway of understanding, of kindness, of curiosity, of making a gesture to learn and to delve more deeply into. This is mindful meditation. We're doing that here right now, today. It's simple. Being here now, presently is what this means. Just aware. Expanding one's sensitivity, feeling one's eyes, ears, one's nose, tongue and mouth, one's feeling, one's fingers, one's fingertips, one's feet, one's sole of one's feet, one's toes. Feeling the warmth emanating from our skin. Feeling the pulse beneath. "Feeling the pulse beneath. " Feeling one's quivering, shimmering, majesty. Some thoughts to think about today. We are so lucky. It need not be this way. We take everything for granted, remembering and pausing as one needs. It may be all the time at first. That's okay. Remembering the majesty of whom everyone and everything is or are.
