Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Do you think you have been born to do anything other than your best (?)
No, be-ing complacent in 21st. century luxury is a partial excuse, also the contrivances of man's more distasteful attributes "need be" constantly reined in. They have been allowed to fester and are a source of poison upon our lands.
There are many great things about Societies, about their Way of creating idiosyncrasies of People's Creativity, our yearning spiritual identities, our upward momentum of sophistication. It has been an amazing ladder climbed century by century for millennia. It is the beginnings of, Dawning, "the Aquarian Age."
how do we utilize our Resources is the question determining our future.
Every voice counts in the choir of mankind and it is by compromise, collaboration, communication, these goals we need to reach for are gained...
Our Goal, finding awe, while feeling one's Self aglow

Good morning. Remember the majesty of our own creation is a great goal. How much better to come into one's fullness of a daily life than to do so from a foundation of greater knowledge, allowing oneself to grow in a harmonious and positive way through one's day, through one's activities, through one's virtuosity, kindness, understanding, a sense of compassion and empathy. How better to mingle with fellow human beings or other species than cultivating the same kind of responses from our own being, from our own characteristics, qualities. We are enhancing virtues. We are increasingly becoming aware of. This is in itself like turning the lights on our goals. Turning the lights on inside of oneself. Onto what? One's soul. What do we talk about? Illuminating, self-realization, revelation. They're all the same. Every moment is all the same, too. It is just where we are in the levels of perceptiveness within each of us, of course. Remembering everything we can. If you take your hands, both of them, and put them in front of you and put the palms facing up in front of you, and your fingers and your palms are more or less parallel to your feet. And on that surface, so there's a degree of tension in this pose that I'm asking you to do. Thinking about your palms in the center of your palms or of it, where there's an indention, a pond, if you will, of energy, heat. It is glowing an orangey, red glow. And it is rising and spreading in every and each direction. And pressing against that or pulling against this is gravity, and you feel this too. Now allowing your hands to rest, to cease, or to continue as you wish. Being aware of the heat that is emanating from our bodies, of one's pulse, circulating this warm energy through our vascular systems, feeding trillions of cells responding in an exclamation of life. This is what is going on. Do we wish to perceive it? It is going on. Do we wish to perceive it in our consciousness? These are the questions mindful meditators might ask of themselves, of others. How wide and awake do we want to be? How great do we wish our perspective to become? How much effort am I willing to make to become whom I aspire to be? We are here now bundles of miracles, alive and vibrant, humbled in our sense of the majesty and immensity of creation, of all that is and ever will be, and allowing ourselves in this sense of humility to be thankful for everything. The music continues for another minute. Prosper and be kind when you have set aside your worthy intentions and found yourself focused on an aside, perhaps, or something that you're surprised by.
