Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

As the tide flows in and out, as the seas rise and fall, do we remember from whence we have come? Do we make an effort to attain a sense of perspective to the origination of our physical structure, our physicality, our physiology? Do you ever think about when we were not standing upright as a primate, as a homo sapiens? It is time. The recollections always going on inside of ourselves, yet we have not learned to take the time to consider our fundamental, elemental selves. Taking for granted many things just because we are consumed already with our societal, civilizational, cultural adaptation to our environment. It is a conundrum we are within. And we have a key evolution has offered us. It is our intelligence and ability to perceive, calculate, to muse, consider our past, for we are fortunate in having some degree of understanding of what's happened in our world's history, and exceptionally so for the last five, ten, twenty thousand years of recorded history. We have signs, we have paths and directions to understand, to have a sense, to have a discussion, reach a consensus, to be open-minded and authentic, receptive, sensitive, and allowing. We have this capability. It is everyone. We are born with this. Where do we take this idea? You and I choose mindful meditation to foster a sense of greater awareness, of specificity to our own beings, feeling one's body vibrating with energy. Underneath one's foot on the sole of one's foot, feeling one's fingertips and palms, feeling, feeling the ambiance of life coursing, flowing through one's arteries and veins. This is our basic being, now. You and I are taking advantage of an opportunity which always exists but is seldom utilized. How lucky we are to be able to recognize our shimmering beings, a bundle of processes, we often take for granted. Look around. Our societies as great as they are are also sick. We need realize in a true sense of integrity, witnessing honesty, of being authentic, to making difficult choices, or so they seem to be, because we have not taken them. And we need to. Everything in the universe is changing. Nothing within the context of time and space is completed, in every moment of time. Everything is changing. So too is mankind. It is our responsibility being born upon this world. It is a gift. No one has prepaid for your ticket. Our opportunity to enhance and grow individually, uniquely, as groupings, as families, as societies, cultures, religions, governments, cooperation, collaboration, consciousness, virtuosity. These are the headlines we need be seeing. Not war, a lack of preparedness for disease, festering rebellions everywhere one looks. Easy to see. When we look at this distant past we share, because it is mankind, it is us. We are ninety-nine point six percent the same. It's cousins. Black, white, pink, or purple. We are all related and one. You may or may not like it, but that's what science says. The proof is in our DNA, not in what we want it to be, but what it is. Authentic, honest, sincere, not hurtful, helpful. To be able to understand ourselves better as one species, as one family of man, womankind. It is here where we begin. our foundation. This is meditation , being aware of one's body shimmering, yes, of one's breath two, of one's pulse three, of one's heat four, simultaneously now, allowing one self to be here now a bundle of miracles, humbled by the immensity of creation, thankful to have some sense of an ability to think, to comprehend, make one's way through this sea of life. The universe is awaiting us. Be kind and cheerful, understanding and full of compassion, one's foundation. Again and again. We are here now, bundles of miracles. It is always true, regardless of one's saying it or feeling it or knowing it or being in awe of one's own miraculous nature. Evaluation of what we have come to know with a curiosity to learn more. Our universe is expanded, filled with more detail. We are humbled, thankful to be able to think. The music's continuing for another minute.
