Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

"What dew yu think is gooing on"
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
As it has been written and expressed many times, in many ways, from many philosophies... Seek and yea shall Find, Ask and it shall be given unto You, Now, it's your turn to create the self effort, energy, to move toward your Goals. It is much easier than one might consider, we are born innately with vast amounts of energy flowing literally through our arteries and veins.
The depth of Creation is seldom viewed in it's entirety, it is too much, overwhelming in magnitude and complexity, in general, beyond our present nature.
Acquiring virtue is a means of helping one Self to acclimate to our humble status and retain a positive nature. It is inherently important for mindful meditation.
energy follows attention, where one looks, one finds, and where one seeks, these are the questions which are answered...
Seek as high as you can, remain open minded, to seek again and again
Our Goal, finding awe, while feeling one's Self aglow

What do you think is going on? What do you think is going on? What do you think is going on? Firing up our bodies, our minds, our sensitivities, receptivities, allowing being. What do you think is going on shining bright in your own right, in your God given talent, reaching, being more receptive, creating a greater sense of responsibility to one's own self, to the energy radiating from each of us, shining La La La La La La. It is a state of mind, a perception. We know we are glowing. Find oneself shining in awe. It's a legitimate way of feeling as everyone turns one's attention from one moment to the next flowing moment. Which way do we go? If one is not sure and we find this many times, pausing, hum something to recollect or something and remember whom you are. Breathe, pulse, feel the warmth of one's body's effort, shimmering majesty. It is always here. It is a thought away, our being. May you hum all day in pleasure, finding an ambience of our universe glowing and shining in one's heart. Imagining, visualizing your heart space, your center glowing orangey red. And as we are glowing on it, it is becoming lighter. One realizes it is one's chest shining with life energy. It's a different level of energy, a different kind of shining in bright effervescence. It is being here now a bundle of miracles, the year one plus twenty twenty five, the year twenty twenty six. It is a great year, a great month, a great day, a great hour, a great minute, as moments are cascading by. Pause and refresh ones remembering our own beings all day all time.
SpeakerWhy make our lives include more perspective, wider in our attention, brighter in our comprehension, kinder with more virtuosity in every way we can be, responsible and disciplined in our self-improvement journey. Breathing, it's so simple, we do it around twenty thousand times a day. Breathing is a key, a way, a tool, a mnemonic device. Helps one reflect and remember on our own majesty of creation. This is a biological process, hundreds of millions of years old. Taking nothing for granted, being virtuous, seeking more virtue, allow the evolution of mankind to be of great import. This is an admirable goal for us, Homo sapiens. Being this way, we each are a reflection, and others will emulate good behavior or bad. But if you are of good then you are going to draw a lot of energy, a lot of smiles, a lot of positivity, and not.
SpeakerSometimes negativity is overwhelming positivity in one's environment, of other people, of other kinds of events, other species. Who knows? One must be open and have a wide perspective towards everything, to be vigilant, virtuous, they're similar, both include not be-ing foolish, be-ing positive, flexible, adaptive, twisting and turning to make and take advantage of the moment as we can. Possibilities are always there in an ever changing kaleidoscope of potential. Where do you put your energy? Or, Where is it randomly applied? Our ability to influence, maintaining a sense of dignity, value, worth, desire of self-improvement, kindness, generosity, understanding, compassion, empathy to everyone, beginning with oneself. Better to more fully understand these virtues, allow one's practice to grow through one using it within one's own self, spreading the word. It is not easy to take a lifetime's worth of habits and societal, civilizational, cultural dictates and set them aside. Your mind is like a cart being taken through a roadway and which has deep ruts. It is hard to take the cart out of those ruts. It's kind of stuck in there. The wheels are stuck, they move fine, but they're stuck in this channel, this inundation of human thinking of all kinds, shapes, sizes, and varieties. It's a lot. It is overwhelming if one allows it. One has been taught, one has learned, one has experienced, one sees every day in one's environment, in one's conversations, in one's media, whatever social or otherwise interactions one has. These things are changing. It is the nature of our universe. When one draws back, you see, it is only innovation for a period of time and changes again. And again, this is evolution and progress.
SpeakerIn what way do we wish to evolve? It's a simple, easy question and answer. We want self-improvement. So each of us needs to be responsible, to be a steward of oneself, family, society, world. If the air is poisoned in some location, do you think the air will not blow this way eventually? Or the same can be said for the seas. If it is poisoned in one place, will it not spread this sense of dis -ease somehow, some way, somewhere? We have a lot to be vigilant about. Mindful meditation is vigilance, understanding, compassion, strength, empathy, firmness, discipline. It is many, many different things. It is what one needs in the moment. Allowing one's virtues to grow, all of them. Organization, receptivity, of allowing being open minded, of being held accountable for. We are each accountable for ourselves. Make no mistake, know thyself, setting one's goals, aspiring, paying attention to, putting energy into moving closer to our successful completion of our goals, is all part of the day, part of the hour, part of the minute. And flowing now as we are speaking and discussing these words. It is a conundrum we live in. How many things do you think are going on simultaneously? Unlimited is the answer. There are so many different shapes and forms of energy being expressed simultaneously, even wherever you are, whatever you're doing, it is so. It is even just from oneself. If one has thirty-seven trillion cells, are they not all dancing the celebration of life? So we are a bundle of miracles, humbled, thankful, just to have a chance.
