Good morning. Good morning. Oh good morning. So what do we have to do? What do we need to do? We have a job to do, not something to think about to do. Doing. Mindful meditation is mind over matter. One's responsibility. Deciding what they are. For they are always changing. And we want to be as clear as possible for ourselves, our loved ones, our friends and community, our world. Being aware. There is a time and a place for everything. Having confidence. There will be a moment when it is there. What one needs. One will help create. Beginning one's day in meditation is a way of finding one's foundation in a more poignant manner than tossing idly upon one's own sea of thinkings, of being, of existence. We can travel on the roads of our consciousness, or we can travel on jungle trails. Which do you think will be easier? Follow the course of one's own flowing river. You'll make better time. Be more organized. Less hazardous, most likely, too. Being here now, aware of one's own vitality, one's flowing energy radiating through every millimeter of one's skin. It is what's going on. Being aware of one's pulsing heart, pushing blood through one's vascular system. Being aware of how this warmth is being transferred from your bloodstream into your cells, into your epidermis, your dermis, your muscles and fats, tissues. Being aware. Allowing one's fingertips to come into contact with each other from each hand so that you have eight fingers and two thumbs joined together, as you wish. My fingers are spread wide. I probably have six to eight inches between my palms, and okay to work together, pressing gently. Or whatever you like to do to remember and become more familiar with one's bodily awareness, the warmth of two surfaces touching the pulse beneath the textures of the skin. Being here, beginning to see a wider picture in one's mind of a heart cooperating with a steady rhythm, We can call our cadence of life. And a set of lungs that are purifying one's body by expelling carbon dioxide that's been oxygen utilized inside of ourselves. Converted. Thinking about what we're doing. Thinking. And seeking to find an ambiance of where we are, where we're postured, where we're presently situated. Feeling a sense of one's own majesty, of being alive, of all the different things that it has taken for us to reach this point, this moment in time, from let's say two billion years ago. And following this timeline in one's mind. It is an organization. It is evolution. It is increasing complexity. We, as Homo sapiens, have enough sentience, enough wisdom, enough understanding, enough potential we can think, recollect, have a memory, forecasts, directions, and events. Expend attention and energy into creating what we're thinking about. It's in our part of the universe, in our solar system, unheralded that this would be. But here we are. So much so that mankind has developed many different theologies based upon different parameters. All with a dedication to spiritual understanding of asking Why (?), wisdom, peace, understanding of our universe, of our world. And we have reciprocated with our intelligence to learn and find out so many new things. This is why we call this now the dawning of our Aquarian age. This is why we call ourselves majestic because of what it has taken to bring us to this point, now, whenever this point is. Regardless of our circumstances, we find ourselves in. We have an opportunity, two ways is all there really is. We can move forward or backwards. And in technology we're moving forward quite rapidly. And in spirituality, we need to have a little bit of a boost, a little bit of wisdom and education, understanding and compassion, kindness, niceness generated by our kind, by Homo sapiens, to reach a plateau, a new level of existence, one where war is diminished, famine, disease, where we conscientiously consider our planet as our home more than a village or a particular spot. It is a conception. It is a self-realization because we are all joined no matter what one might think. We all know the statistics of being ninety-nine point six percent the same. All cousins, Homo sapiens. And yet every creature, every spore, every fungus and virus, every dirt and rock and drop of water are in some sense related to us. Foundations, building block, for which we, as the pre-eminent species, so we think, have a responsibility or stewardship toward maintaining a harmony, status quo, and sense of planetary grace. This is our responsibility. It has come with technology. It's a new one. We need be mature enough to not only grasp this responsibility, but to do a good job with it. This is what we're aiming towards and talking about. This is mindful meditation's goal. This is personal goals for Homo sapiens, self-improvement. How? Virtue is the only way. Otherwise, it is self-depreciation, not self improvement. And we must be careful. There is much to our society, cultures, traditions, filled with the debris of longevity, which leave an update to be desired. Our greater understanding to lend new meaning to long held views. Which in, we can find a better understanding of where we're at, and what we should be doing. What role should we be pursuing as cultures, as civilizations, as traditions, to further enhance our being? It's all going to come back to the same stewardship or responsibility we have, if we want to move ahead. And I think everyone does. Being here now, bundles of miracles humbled before all we can conceive. Thankful to be able to conceive. The music's continuing for another minute. Shout out to oneself and say, I am here now a bundle of miracles. I am humbled before all species, all things, in the magnificence of the immensity of creation. Thankful for having been allowed to have a part of all this.
