Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Hello, having found a place inside, let it grow, allowing our awareness grow. This is life in a nutshell. When we exit our mother's womb, the exterior journey really begins. From that moment until one's last, we are on that same path of individual life. Let one's journey grow. We can look at this two ways when someone says those words. Let this journey grow. It can grow in length and it can grow in fullness, allowing it to grow in both ways. Well, that's what we're doing. Being mindfully meditated. Being aware of one's physical foundation, most importantly, helps to coalesce disparate wanderings into a more cohesive mass. Better able to focus and concentrate. Being here now is an introduction to this state, a terms of introduction. Being here now. One's presence has to be heightened. Simple. Elegant. Paying more attention. Paying more attention means participating with a greater degree of energy. A greater degree of energy is what we are. Being harmonious and virtuous. Kind and understanding. Being & Becoming a new being in every moment of one's day. As we change our perspectives and falter in energizing our different trails, it's okay. It's part of human nature. Oscillating. We are strengthening, deepening our resolve, commitments, memory, creating new rituals, habits, concepts, ideas. This is our goal. Finding in oneself, in this physicality we're drawing ourselves to be more aware of, the warmth emanating from our chest, spreading in its own unique way throughout our body, through our vascular arteries and veins. What do we have here? Another miracle? We are here now, bundles of miracles. Feeling this deeply inside, allowing one's thinking to reverberate in one's mind, feel everywhere more of the time. Feeling beneath this thirty-seven trillion cells in bliss, shimmering with molecular intensity. This is what is occurring. Thirty-seven trillion cells are vibrating with life's effervescence. It is like this, feeling this, allowing in one's mind the connection between the left and the right cerebrums and the auditory nerves connected from one's ears. In this general region of one's brain, feeling deep inside, feeling not necessarily for words, but images or a combination or a nothingness or a vibratory state of possibility, of persistent awareness, of shimmering, of shining everywhere. It is the grace of creation. Because what is something made of? It's made of something. And what is every something in the universe made of? It's made up of the primal energy of our explosive creation. This is everything. Everything is related to some degree or another. It is a concept, it is an idea. It's a way of looking at what we have here in this universe. I think it's a good idea. It's an aspiration, a possibility.
SpeakerEducation is key. Virtue is key. Energy is key. Why we speak of meditation as a daily event, beginning when one awakens until one falls asleep is this is the best form of meditative practice. It's all consuming. It is everything. What is more important? Being able to give our best to our world in this moment, om. So remembering one's physical presence, vibrations, one's shimmering majesty, mnemonic device. We are here now, bundles of miracles, humbled in the immensity of creation, thankful.
