Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
you might consider we are the actual creative picture (painting) and the constituents are the elements of Creation and how they have been put together.
Of course, each is/are unique and colorful to the extent effort has been put into this "project" or in one's interpretation of this phenomena.
All of this, which enhances the possibilities and intricacies of what is going on.
enjoy your day, more aware, more alert, more helpful to one Self and all which surround......

Hi, good morning. Aren't we lucky to be alive, to be able to find ourselves in this moment, taking these minutes of time to acclimate ourselves to our world, to our own thinking processes, to our environments. One of the interesting things that's happening to me is that babysitting my daughter's dog while they're away for a few days, and I find the interaction with other people is so much greater when one has a pet. People are more friendly, people are more outgoing, people smile easier. People are more relaxed when there's not a one-on-one situation where there's a sense of maybe being rejected because the pet's not rejecting them. The pet is kind of a neutral where one can exhibit friendlier characteristics. And it's something to think about, it's something to be aware of, and possibly use to one's advantage in understanding our roles with each other. Being here now, how lucky we are to be able to think in the very first place, to be able to feel our bodies, to be in an environment where we are undisturbed and comfortable, where we find ourselves beginning to become more sensitive and receptive to why not our bodily sensations, our physicality, feeling the warmth emanating from our skin and being shared throughout our body by our vascular systems as it's disseminating the heat from our chest, from the actions of our hearts and lungs in giving us the oxygenated blood we need to survive. And here we are, feeling a little deeper still. One can in a few moments begin to feel the arterial pressures, the pumping, the pulse, the cadence of our being alive. Feeling a little deeper still, we can begin to feel a sense of vibration, a sense of undulation in our body as the vascular system undulates with this rhythmic pressurization of our arterial systems. Feeling this now, breathing, at the same time with a greater sense of awareness. No rules, no regulations, just being aware. Being aware of the sounds that might be surrounding our circumstances. Maybe the beeping of a horn or the chattering of some birds, or some other kinds of noises in the background. Being aware. Listening. Listening to the potential of sound in one's mind. To something in between a lack of sound and a sound that rises above the threshold of hearing. The ambiance, one might say, of the universe, an energy, a static, a low humming crescendo of energy. And of course, it abounds around us. The energy in the air, the oxygen and the other molecules of different kinds of elements, nitrogen, helium, hydrogen, oxygen, are all fluttering around in the air we are breathing. It's really kind of crazy and wonderful how lucky we are on this world that we call our home, to have these different things going on simultaneously. And here we are, inside these dynamic, multimillion year-old bodies doing our things. Oh, you're not that old. Well, one's consciousness and one's own physical shape, the characteristics that make each of us our unique selves may not be but 50 or 20 or 90 years old. That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the compounds that make up each of these unique characteristics. I'm talking about the paint before it reaches the canvas, before the picture is made. I'm talking about the DNA that's even before all of this been going on for millions of generations of evolution. It is this way. I know that there are many cultures and traditions that have been born in times of less technological and scientific endeavors. And respectfully, I think we need to learn from our experiences and accept the reality of what is rather than what someone might have postulated a long time ago. What is. And we need to be accepting. We need to be receptive. Because we want to increase our perception and perspective to help us formulate better decisions. Asking questions with the possibility of more numerous answers, being able to choose rather than just react to what's going on. This is mindful meditation in a nutshell. Remembering and being one with one's body, one's pulse, one's heat, one's shimmering majesty as thirty-seven trillion cells shake and shimmy with life energy. Because this is the reality for each of us. One may disregard this, understood. It doesn't change that this exists. We ignore our own heart muscle, squeezing and relaxing ninety thousand times a day, and yet it still is doing this. We also ignore our lungs rising, subsiding as a bellows, fifteen to twenty thousand times a day. But this again doesn't mean we stop breathing. We continue to do this not only in a day but for the duration of our lives. So what we're working on being more aware of on a greater continuing basis is our sense of humanity. That sense which I'm speaking about is our actual physicality. Once one reaches this foundation, this level of awareness, then we're talking about our humanity in the sense of virtue. So we're adding these two together: our physicality and our virtuosity. And as part of our virtuosity is where we come into a social environment where we have an opportunity to interact, to, in a sense, play in the game of life. How well do any of us or anyone want to play? We most likely want to play the best game we can. And so that's why we find ourselves here today in contemplating our own realities, our own lives, and in situating ourselves in such a way to be responsive rather than reactive. Being here now, which means what? Being present, focusing, concentrating, becoming more one with one's own self-awareness. This is the basis of finding our foundation. It is a point we can share because this is human physiology. Ninety-nine point six percent we find our DNA is the same, meaning we are cousins of every other Homo sapien upon this planet. And yet, how are we treating our cousins today? Another story, right? We should be improving. And once one breaks this ice by having a pet, for instance, my daughter's dog, and taking our three walks every day. We're breaking the ice in this sense of a communication. And it is incredible to witness this and to understand what this means. This is another source where we can expand our consciousness, better our educations by being more open, more honest and sincere in our relationships. Thinking about these things, it's important to spend some time in contemplation of just what is going on in our world today. The music's going to continue for another minute thinking about these kinds of relationships and these kinds of concepts today, while one is enjoying this opportunity we are sharing moment by moment by moment.
