Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

It is a beginning, it is not so dis-similar to the actual beginning of one's life where ever one conceives this to be...
to know enough about one's own origin, the history of Evolution, of mankind, Homo sapiens is another kind of beginning into acknowledging our place in Creation.
Each, has the responsibility to do right by them Selves and as much, by the world.
This is not be-ing done and the world is lessened by greed and egotism.
How do we change our Ways, by growing Up.
Our Goal, finding awe, while feeling one's Self aglow
Our mission, helping others and self to grow

I see all good people now, includes you and me. The gift of life is more than just a birthday present or a holiday present that we're familiar with. It is a responsibility as well. And because of the duration of our lives in general, it is in some sense a bittersweet responsibility because it is always present in our lives. A toy or book, a gift of some sort that we usually consider and think of as a gift is usually a material object we can hold, we can put away or cast aside. Yet life itself does not work quite in the same way. It is always present until it is not. Of what are you going to do with this which we call our own lives? Mindful meditation leads in a particular way, leads in a sense towards the sun, leads to a desire for self-improvement, for a sense of increasing virtuosity, of characteristics and qualities which improve ourselves. What do I mean by improving oneself? It is in the actions that one makes, the thoughts one thinks, the direction one pursues. It is in becoming more harmonious within the context of one's own being, of all of these kinds of actions. It is in how we view our world, our universe, our perspective on these different aspects we're talking about, and how we interact with our fellow Homo sapiens as much as, and also importantly, with everything else, with our environment, with our families, communities, our nations, our cousins, all the myriad of species of life upon this sphere. We often consider mistakenly of our world, because it is not our world in any way, shape, or form. We can destroy the world, yes, or we can herald changes of improvement in our world, of course. But ours? No. Remembering the atmosphere upon which we live of this planet is merely a few miles thick before the air becomes increasingly more difficult to breathe. And the temperature decreases to being too cold for our lives to be sustained. Just a few miles, three, four, five miles. We live in essence, as has been many times said, in a bubble. We are comprised, our world is more or less in a thin veneer upon the surface of this planet. And yet we easily call it our own. It is a mistake to think of it in this way. Because for no other reason than just being humble before the majesty of this world, to realize our position where we stand, so to speak, amongst all the other species, of all the other things occurring herein. Being more aware, being here, remembering it is an easy beginning to make. Thrive, have opportunities to grow, nurture, become. It is a gift. Remembering this. If you are in the sun's rays, you feel the sun upon your frame, your physicality, or you feel it upon your closed eyelids as a warm hazy glow, as your optic nerve receives the photons that are cascading through one's skin. Remembering the frailty, the tenuous relationship we each have with life, taking and accepting nothing for granted, making every effort to validate each moment as it progresses in our being here now, as this conglomeration of miracles, processes that have taken thousands, millions of generations of life to bring us where we are. It is us, you and I, and all other life, celebrating under this sun, ninety-three million miles distance from our own sphere, "our" planet Earth. It is this way, ignoring it at one's own peril, at one's own sense of seeking knowledge or of ignorance, as much as mankind has learned, using this as a device, as a means, there must be much more. Many different aspects of what can be, of what is, of which we don't discern. Science postulates mankind, Homo sapiens, can only perceive one thousandth of one percent of the spectrum of energy of which we are part. It is humbling, it is realistic, it is a sense of acceptance, it is a sense of humility, capturing these different attributes or qualities within the context of one's own being, of one's own thinking, of one's mindful meditation, focus, concentration leads to more and more. Why? Because it leads us to be more open, receptive, accepting of what we might think, of what we might perceive, of what we might have a glimmer or a glance of in our minds, our hearts, in our soul, in our being. Where? Here, when? now, what? a bundle of miracles is who each of us are. The music's continuing for just about another minute. Ponder, grow, nourish, flow, learning to glow, shine in one's own self-radiance, the illumination, It is all right here, right now, feeling the pulse in one's body, the heat, the shimmer, the rise and subsiding of one's chest, all of these different aspects of one's processes, one's physiology, being here now, bundles of miracles, humbled in the immensity of creation, thankful.
