Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Waking up in a Strange circumstance
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Isn't every day new and different, in essence strange or with the possibility of the un-expected (?)
How do we proceed, in what way can we best assimilate what is occurring and how to respond (?)
By being true to one's Self, one's desire for harmony and growth, one's integrity and authenticity.
this is a good way
Our Goal, finding awe, while feeling one's Self aglow
Our mission, helping others and self to grow

Good morning. How should we be? We're here, number one. So it's already a beginning of awareness. But before that, how should we be? We should be humbled and thankful when we awaken to another day. It should almost be automatic when one awakens to be thankful. One has awakened it all. And to be humble. Some way in some innocent strange circumstance, we have evolved from nothingness to being Homo sapiens. It's as simple as this. And more or less, somehow, I think we are following along in this line. Because if you're listening to this, then already you're proclaiming to yourself there is more to what you want than what you have. There is always an abundance. In each day, 86,400 moments in which we can learn and experience more and resolve to understand and determine what's going on in a more meaningful, more articulate, more virtuous way. It is us. We are bundles of miracles. Here. Now in this our universe, living upon this planet Earth, we call our home. We are so incredibly lucky. It is a thought to share and to herald to all of mankind of just how fortunate we are. Also, of our responsibilities, of our stewardship on this our home. We clean our homes, right? If it gets dirty, if you track in mud or sand or other organic matter into one's home on the floor, eventually we want to clean it up. Because it smells or is nasty or goes from the floor to everywhere else because we take off our shoes. It spreads. So we clean it up. So the same analogy can be used for our world. The plastics, the microplastics, the pollution in our air, in our waters, on our lands. All need to be cleaned up. We need to be made more aware. We need to be responsible, and for those that are not, they need to be regulated with laws and regulations. And we also need to stifle the sense of greed and egotism that has encompassed our world. It is not just in other countries, it is everywhere on all levels and forms of governments and corporations and people who are ignorant of the way they act, of the way they perform their daily tasks. And it can be anyone, it can be us. No one is above or beyond making mistakes. And yet, if one can come home in their mind and clean themselves up and take note of one's actions, being receptive, right? This is the reason why we want to be receptive. We want to be aware of what we're doing. We are going to make mistakes, so we want to be able to "accept" what we find, to thereby begin to make changes in the way we act and think. This is mindful meditation. It is our purpose. It is our link to a better sense of humanity. It is our connection between being teenagers, lacking experience and wisdom, to becoming adults with a sense of maturity and grace, of appreciation, thankfulness, of gratitude, of just being alive. As each year passes and we experience more, our minds witness more things going on inside our bodies and outside. And we learn of what it means to progress from being a child to our teenage years into younger adulthood, our middle ages and our elderly years. Opportunities abound, exist for us to see what is occurring in our world and to learn in a positive manner of these changes occurring in every moment of every day. It is what we can hope for. Being positive rather than negative is one such inclination we can share. We can lament, we can cry, we can wish things were different, but that does not necessarily change what's in the air. We need to make effort to improve, to have a greater sense of not only virtues, but of perspective, to understand better our roles and the conditions upon this world. Being here now, a bundle of miracles, humbled by our awareness of the immensity of creation. And this immensity is inside of us as much as it is outside of us. Having thirty-seven trillion cells is an unfathomable number of constituent parts, processes, etc. Thankful for being able to be aware in this very same instant of time, of our moments. It is a gift, this life. No one has paid in advance. No one has put down a deposit. It is by fate or happenstance we are here, making the most of what we have. Making ourselves feel accomplishing and proud of our efforts we're making. Be raising in oneself a sense of growing awareness in the garden of one's own soul. Flowing, learning to flow on a more continuous basis, to make our moments pass more fruitfully, with a greater sense of self-scrutiny of what we are accomplishing and how we might improve. Everything working together in greater senses of harmony. This is what flowing is being more aware on a more continuous basis. Glowing, growing, flowing, like this. Glowing, glowing. G-L-O-W, glowing. In the sense of one beginning to exude a sense of positivity. A smile is in particular a great way. When I walk or interact with other human beings, I find many people smiling back at me, sheepishly or broadly, or momentarily, yet... This is glowing in one's own radiance of being alive, aware. A steward. Spreading one's happiness is as valuable of an accomplishment as what we can do. Usually, when someone passes you on a sidewalk or a trail, and your smile is genuine, real, people respond. glowing, with thine own radiance speak, shining, shining in one's own self-illumination, in one's own awareness of whom, of what, of how we are. This is self-realization. Many hear this term and say, Oh, I want this, and don't realize in the initiation of this thought, of this thought being clarified or illuminated in one's mind, like the light bulb being turned on by the switch. You have already begun. It is not something outside of the realm of possibility. It is already a miracle being accomplished inside of oneself. Continue and grow with it, flow with it, glow with it, and in grace shine in one's own self-revelation. For this is what is possible for you and I, for us. The music's continuing for another minute. Ponder upon your own being, upon our being, upon our world and our universe. namaste
