Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Good morning. What to do another day? Celebrate, celebrate, sparkle, shine, with one's own self-realization. Now, all times, in each one, all of us. It is always changing. From hour to hour, from minute to minute, from moment to moment. Being in these moments as they are flowing through and by us, right now. We are just being here now. You can say being here now is analogous to watching one's moments flowing simultaneously. In one's awareness, is a good definition. So we can do this in many, many ways. Perhaps one of the easiest is in following the sound in one's own voice, in a humming sound, and one that many are familiar with is ohm. It could be any. Whatever one likens to do. It could be awe. It might be hey. Whatever you want. Whatever helps one, individual, unique, human being, to discover the sound vibrating inside. This is our goal. Begin to realize, relish, respond, being of which we are becoming aware. It is oneself. This is our goal. Self-realization. It is not a difficult goal. When one awakens, one already is on this journey, on this trail, you might say, beginning. How wide does this trail become through our day? How wide does this path become of our being? Is a different story of a different time of a different period in one's day. There is a timeline in between. Moments by moments, building through one's day, eighty six thousand four hundred moments. How will each of us play? What are we doing? Why? We have just asked two of the questions of Thomas Wilson's famous six questions, What and why? What are we doing? Why? When are we doing it? Where? Who is doing it? And how? These six questions are important for one to better digest something being thought about, to have a wider perspective, a greater circumference to cover with one's analysis, with one's investigation, with our curiosity, with our open-mindedness, with our receptivity. These words are symbols of attitudes, of traits, characteristics, qualities, virtues.
SpeakerFinding oneself growing in pursuit of better qualities, self-improving. This is mindful meditation. And we are bundles of miracles. And everything we do in every moment of our lives is many miracles unfolding all at once. Thinking about this. This is the truth. Thinking about every word as we mentioned before, sparkling, shining with the energy of understanding, of communication, its construction, its architecture. From whence has it come? Every sound, every vowel, every syllable. Where again, Thomas Wilson did it initiate? When? How? It is common sense. It is foundational. And this is what we want to be working on this plane. Finding a sense of grace, of sharing. Because we are all sharing, regardless of one's consciousness, one's receptivity, one's perspective, we are all sharing simultaneously 24-7. We are in essence an open book of energy. What do you want to become? For you are changing. What you are now is gone.
SpeakerWhat do you want to become? Self-improving. Okay, then we have a lot in common. Curious of one's own nature, yes, same response. Being here now, thinking about mankind, about our family, our stewardship and responsibility to all kinds, all cousins and all other kinds of species of life this good world harbors. Thinking how we might better improve ourselves. Education is a good place to begin, to start. I think each of us needs to do a lot of soul searching. What are one's objectives and goals? What are one's values, responsibilities? What do you think of your immediate family? Of your relationships, and your family relationships one step out, your more closely related cousins, aunts, uncles, and take another step out. And this group of further reaching cousins and relatives within a proximity where you can more easily understand. You see lineages, you see paths and trails and roads and highways crossing, intersections, communications, consistencies, and go out another level again. And we begin to see this entire planet being populated by fellow Homo sapiens, and better understand that more or less we are all the same. Ninety-nine point six percent, customs, cultures, societies, beliefs, religions, governments, natural resources, environments are each unique and different. Similar, yet each unique and different. And so each of us in our own way is unique and different. And yet ninety-nine point six percent the same. What does that mean? Thinking about this. Using Thomas Wilson's six questions, thinking about this, what does this all mean? There are no questions, issues, or problems in this world mankind can't solve through common sense, through working together, through offering a hand rather than reframing, remembering we are more or less the same. It is mankind that moves forward or not. How does one want to see our world shaped in the future? What would you wish to see? Being here now, remembering oneself as a bundle of miracles. We are everything about us with the capacity to be humbled and in awe of the magnitude of creation, we can envision and yet understand only one hundred thousandth of the energy of our universe, of the electromagnetic spectrum. And here we are, humbled in awe, thankful to have a chance to be aware, to be alive, to have the experiences of life. Let us climb, let us explore and be curious and smile. Let us laugh and sing together. One world, each in our unique ways, namaste
