You want to get to the bottom of all this,

get past the nonsense and all the gobbledygook Homo sapiens have built upon the "edifice" of being social creatures, part of cultures and many traditions,

ok!

turn inside, pay attention to whom "You" are,

is all one can do anyway, for is it not one's perceptions which paint our pictures of Life (?)

then, expand your horizons, increasing one's perspectives,

living a fuller Life.

hmm, yes, it's easy enough, you need to try, accomplish, and continue keeping positive momentum by doing one's practice all the time because why (?)

because the Universe is in a constant state of changing, and you and I are part of this "changing constantly" Creation.  to summarize, we are oscillating energy.

not sure, know thyself, to thine own Self say hello

Speaker

Good morning. Nice to be here with you. Nice to be alive. To reckon what we're out setting ourselves up to do, which is continue in a positive direction. Self-improvement, self-awareness. It is what we are meant to do, how we are meant to be. It is evolution in progress. Being here now. Finding or have found a comfortable posture, a seat or laying down, or whatever. A posture where one can have an increasingly sense of calm, of being tranquil, of feeling floating in a sea of peace, understanding, kindness, patience, civility, compassion, empathy. Finding this kind of depth of peace inside of oneself. Why not? You and I, all of us deserve this. No one is born in this world with a perfect mind. We are creatures of evolution. We are progressing through time and space. Just look around. Look at yourself. Look at your hands. Have they grown larger as you have increased in age? And then have they grown older as you have continued to increase your age? We try not to talk in riddles, but in simplicity, with integrity and authenticity, to be honest. This is enough. And this is the right way with integrity and authenticity. Being here now, comfortable, undisturbed in one's environment, allowing oneself to be at peace, to find peace and to remain in peace if someone is clanging on a pot next to your location. How will one not be jarred by this sound? Maybe not. Maybe you're used to it. But this is what we're talking about. To find a sense of peace and be able to maintain it. Now it may very well be that many come searching for this capacity, this capability, this practice, mindful meditation we're talking about. So listening to these words are bittersweet, not so easy, maybe even difficult, because one is outside this realm of conditioning. It is what a habit is, it is what practice brings on. What we do is what we are. These sentences before all are explaining the same thing. Reality. How is one's cup half empty, half full? It is these thoughts where the beginning of seeds sprout. And how we nurture them is how they continue to grow. It is why it is so important and incumbent upon all of us to practice diligently every day, all day. These three encompass a lot. If one is looking for mindful meditation and saying, Well, show me the key, give me a key for God's sake, stop talking. The key is there inside of oneself, in one's breath. Listen to my words, to what they represent. Know thy breath. Learn about your breathing. Whatever that means to you, practicing, being aware of it is the key. Awareness and positivity mixed together in a stew of life. So just learning your breath is a key to mindful meditation. Because if you are doing just this, if you are attentive to your in and pause and out and pause transitions as you breathe, then it is a positive aspect or part of one's mind. If this is the totality of one's awareness, consciously, this is focus and concentration. Perhaps you need more than just this alone. This alone does not capture the totality of one's mindful ruminations. And there are many things going on, scattering your consciousness all over the floor of your being. You need something more. That's okay. It is to be expected, Homo sapiens. We are multitasking creatures. Do not be dismayed by your curiosity and by your wandering. Do not be disappointed in oneself. Celebrate. It is an aspect of our being. It has helped propel us to where we are today. Do not flounder in wrong thinking. Be wise. Careful of what you think and what you say. How you act. Ask the six questions of Thomas Wilson. Why? Who? How? What? When? Where? These questions elicit a greater depth of understanding in everything one wishes to inquire or think about. Thinking about our breathing again, because we are multitasking creatures and we're going back and forth. We're oscillating because we're also made of energy. At least I feel I am, aren't you? We are oscillating all day. We are vibrating with energy, thirty-seven trillion cells. Being aware. The heat emanating is part of the energy in the environment that we consider calling ourselves inside our skin, maybe even a little beyond. In this environment, what's going on? Energy is being used and created, propagated, transformed in myriad ways, in many, many, many ways. Being aware, breathing, all from just this. And using expressions that help heighten our own receptivity and thinking and understanding of this with positive suggestions, with an honesty and integrity, bringing ourselves to a foundation we call ourselves. It is what we are. This world, the solar system, this galaxy, this universe or creation of galaxies, God's kingdom. Being aware also of one's pulse, of one's heart's beating. Doing this while one breathes in awareness doesn't have to be every single second, every single moment, but back and forth and periodically together. Finding one's base, one's foundation, breathing, feeling one's whole body undulating, moving with the rhythm of one's own heart, the cadence of one's life, the pressurized blood leaving one's heart, entering one's arteries laden with oxygen, to feed thirty-seven trillion cells. This is what's going on, my friends, my family, my cousins. Every moment of every day, around ninety thousand, every moment of one's day. Please understand why I like to repeat and remember this phrase. We are a bundle of Miracles. It is true, in all of these ways. So it's not a far stretch to begin to feel a sense of awe before all the majesty of creation. When we begin to discern some different aspects as we're discussing, greater perspectives. In fact, it's easy. That's why we're doing it this way. It is simple and honest, and each of us in our own unique ways can experience this together as family. Whatever your customs or religion or society or sex or whatever circumstances one has, finding commonality, finding positive energy is what we have to say about these things. We still have the same virtues, we still have the same callings. Let us join together as mankind and celebrate our differences as much as our similarities, for there are a lot of each. There is a uniqueness in the universe. It is part of the way things are, the increasing complexity of the energy of creation, an explosion that has turned into a blossoming paradise of differentiation, of uniqueness, of individuality. Look, it is everywhere, it is in every bird, in every tree, in every human. Remembering our breathing, right? Coming back to this strength that we share. Our breath, our pulse, feeling the heat emanating from our skin and feeling the energy vibrating in our bodies, signifying our being alive, doing all three. Breathe. Any old way, longer and slower and deeper, playing, practicing, learning, pulsing, same way, feeling, experimenting, practicing, growing, being more alert to one's physiology, to all the places, the myriad locations in one's body, where one can feel a sense of a pulse, feeling the undulation, as our bodies quiver with this cadence of life, feeling the very subtle and yet sensuous, sizzling, sparkling energy of one's own self. Feeling the essence in one's mind, the potential of everything, of this next moment as it is erupting and cascading into us, immersed in this sea of energy, we find ourselves. The music's continuing for another minute. enjoy . namaste
