Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.
Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
you are a unique island in our Universe
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Get used to it, revel in it, for you not only are comprised of Energy like Everything else,
you also have a facility to interact, perceive, respond called sentience.
Celebration is in every moment of one's time, yet,
one need remember.
How, by following one's own be-ing, here, now is where we begin.)))))
All else is subterfuge, the structure of existence has changed, the moment has passed, the stage need be set again, (((( How )))) are you entering and intend to play "your" role (?)
You don't know, don't have enough details or facts or clarity..... so. .....
we begin at our beginning ......
which is. .......
our Self, our foundation.........
and what's that (?)
You, your everything, first, one's physical material being, flesh and bones and what it all means. It's not a cookie cutter simplicity, it is an unwinding of the keys of Life, one thought leading to another, so on and so forth, a sense of clarity begins to form, of better and wider understanding
of everything
Our Goal, finding awe, while feeling one's Self aglow
Our mission, helping others and self to grow

Good morning. Sorry I missed yesterday. I had an interlude with the bureaucracy of our governmental systems and spent half my day accomplishing very little except for reinforcing what I already have found many times is because of the nature of our federal and state and local municipal bureaucracy, dollars are misspent. We need to run our offices in whatever part of our structure we have more efficiently. And we can begin this by not having new hires in those areas where there's much less work than there are people to do it. And so we need to balance things better. This is benign, a way to do it in a way that doesn't hurt anyone. Slowly decreasing the size of our government. Enough. Let your breath be your flowing remembering of the intricacy of what we're experiencing, of which we ignore most of. Yet we keep a certain semblance of awareness, of activities, our sights, our senses, our sounds, our touches, our smells, we are involved in quite a number of different pain thresholds of our skin, you know, all these things, yes. Our minds, our own thought processes and wanderings. It is quite a bit that we handle, but in the relationship of the perspective of what we represent, each of us as an organism, it is nothing. Not even, not even anything. When one has thirty-seven trillion cells, that are in conversation, what are we talking about? This alone dwarfs all being, and this is just inside one's own skin. What about what's coming? From the entirety of our universe, in every way, through one's feet, through one's scalp, everywhere. There are trillions upon trillions upon trillions of interludes occurring simultaneously everywhere. And we pick a few. So to being aware of this, that's all. It's important that we concentrate on those that have been found to be most helpful to what? To evolution, to the continuance and the growing complexity of this organism. We call ourselves Homo sapiens. Seeds of thoughts is what this is about. Seeds of Zaran the Gardener. Seeds. And there are many ways to keep a flowing remembering or memory of our being through our physical activities, through our breathing, as suggested, through our breath. It is enough to remember one's heart and soul. How we come into our next moment is everything. It is the dawn, it is the birth. Where have you come from the moment past and what was going on there? Being present is where we are. The universe is, has already swallowed us. We are floating like a star. Each of us a being aware. Some place, sometime, under a beautiful sky filled with water vapor clouds. Look at the splendor of our being. This is just one side, one perspective. What about what's going on as this air we're viewing flowing inside of ourselves as our breath? Just this alone is enough to transport oneself in awe, in depth. In the flowing rhythm of one's long inhale. Pause. Exhale. Pause. And beginning again and remembering again and again. For surely each of us will turn our attention to something else. Our focus will necessarily change. And to remember is a positive beginning. Remembering this. It is the beginning of a positive momentum. Don't crush it with remorse. Welcome it with curiosity. Okay, what can I do? Do both. Whatever you're thinking about, do it. And then remembering at the same token, your breath. This is wisdom. It is not mine. It is age old. Know thyself. This is where it begins. Behind the veneer of one's skin. Different perspectives we share. Just being aware of your breath. Changes the momentum of one's being. This is really what is behind all this. It is not just one's four-part harmony of breathing, although it is everything, literally. It is to soothe and calm one's soul. To help one make an effort to find one's own foundation. One's glowing, vibrating, shimmering ocean of being. We can call it that. Thirty-seven trillion cells. I think it's appropriate. Each of us. And in a sense, also an island in a universe of which we are a part. Each of us. A distinct individual, unique island of consciousness called self. Part of an ocean. An ocean inside. Just being open, curious, accepting, flowing. With the dynamics of being alive, coming back to one's breathing. Adding in one's pulsing. Adding in the feeling of the pulsing as it undulates through one's body in waves. Feeling one's warmth. These are steps along a way. It is the journey of one's life. It is happening tens upon tens of tens of thousands of times a day. And you're just being aware of it, more aware of it. And this is what we can physically call our foundation. Again and again and again. It is as close as these words. Opportunities abound. It is why practice is not in a specific small segment of time. Of course, recharge one's battery. Plug in. Vibrate one's consciousness. Share. Communicate. This is a human way. This is our social being. Our structure. The way mankind works. Breathing, not with a sense of complacency, with a sense of alertness, of a heightening in one's awareness to a greater perspective, inclusive of a greater sensitivity to what's going on inside and outside. Our being. One grows. One goes to school inside of one's own being. Keep studying, practicing. If you only do it for ten minutes a day, you only get ten minutes a day's worth of value. If you do it less frequency than every day, then you diminish the value even more. When you do it more than one time a day, two or three times a day, or more continually, then the rate of one's prospering will increase, become second nature, become one's habit. Perfection, the world, the universe are always slipping and sliding, changing in every moment of this long flowing river of time. We live within. So I think perfection is constantly also changing, and it is always before us. It is our goals, it is the changing nature of our universe. Perfection is a impossibility, one might say.
