Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

it is You and me, all of us here, now!
Remembering one's majesty,
one's stewardship over One Self, yet responsible for more,
surrounding One Self, too,
All things in one's perspective
are fair game, my cousin,
we can improve in all directions

I see all good people now. What do we have? We have this moment we are sharing. It is for both of us the most important moment of our lives. It represents the continuity between the past and our future. It is when we are alive. Thinking about this concept of time, how it has flown for billions upon billions of years. Thinking about one's own body, one's own DNA, that which has made up our body. How old is one's DNA? It is also billions of years old. Remembering whom we are, putting seeds in our minds, which we can nourish all day through our remembering, our memory, our repetition of a sense of awareness of our bodily functions, our breath, our respiratory process, our heart, our circulatory vascularization of oxygen laden blood to every corner, every dead end in our bodies, and return the same blood back again to be discharged of its carbon dioxide in one's lungs and recharged at the same instant a new delivery of oxygen. We are feeding all the time twenty-four hours every day, being present in one's own body, feeling whatever you're feeling right now, a myriad of things, if we name a few ones heat, the sense of one's breathing, the sense of one's largest organ, your skin, feeling breezes, clothing, items in contact with being, with a growing smile of recognition, curiosity as to what we're doing, what we're accomplishing, focusing, concentrating upon virtue, positive improvement, mindfulness, meditation. It is all day. It is in a moment one is in meditation or not. Therefore, even several moments, one, two, three, can be as valuable as a whole day being in meditation. It is the same in this moment now, or this one. Flowing in one's own recognition of the slippery, sliding nature of our reality, of our recognition, of our reception of what's going on. It is unique to each of us, number one, right? But number two, that we even have it. What do we think we are? Humbled by our perception, by an expanded awareness, this heightened receptivity, this accepting of the unknown, of unforeseen consequences and results, and virtue, making best efforts to improve, to become more vital in one's daily activity, thinking, being moments, playing with one's curiosity, smiling inside, outside. Remember the value of a hum. When you hear me hum, there's a reason why I'm doing it. Deep in my chest cavity, I feel the vibration of what's going on there from this noise emanating from my mouth area. Feeling it in your own self and making this sound also loud enough that one hears it with one's ears and also feels it in one's chest. What do you think we really are? We are bundles of energy. We are bundles of miracles. And we are humbled here together in realization of the majesty of creation, of God, of godliness, of everything. For everything is not only created of but joined by the creative energy of this so-called explosion fourteen billion years ago. We are made of the same thing. And it is an interesting proposition to entertain, to finding a sense of remembering of this factoid, often allowing oneself to have a wider perception, a wider goal of ideas and considerations, viewpoints, opportunities to comprehend and understand, feeling deeply inside one's glowing, being alive. Occurring from just what seemingly are simple processes, yet are incredibly efficient and evolutionary in nature. There's no grand fire, bonfire to have us witness. It is the quiet activity of these processes of breathing and pulsing, smooth, efficient, fluid, calm, peaceful, evolved over millions and millions of years. And what do we have to say for all of this? Thank you. I am appreciative of this opportunity, is a wonderful beginning. I am humbled by this opportunity, is a wonderful way to elicit awe in one's own being. And this is okay too. This is a good thing to feel. A sense of humility, a sense of awe, a sense of appreciation of the grandeur of creation, of us having this good opportunity to exist at all. The music continues for another minute. Together, this is more than one hundred thousand times Pick and choose, positive energy to remember, to remember to be positive, Namaste.
